Cliinical Observation Of Acupuncture And Cupping Combined With Fukezaizaowan For Prolonged Menstrual Period Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Research purposes: This topic observed the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type prolonged menstrual period by pricking collaterals and cupping combined with Fuke Zai Zao Wan.By recording TCM symptom scores and related indicators related to ovarian function detection,and using statistical techniques to compare and analyze the results.To verify the rationality of this treatment method in clinical application.Research methods: A total of 60 eligible patients were collected,all of whom were treated in the first outpatient department of gynecology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Western medicine was diagnosed with decreased ovarian reserve,and traditional Chinese medicine was diagnosed with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type prolonged menstrual period.The date of consultation was in the time frame from September 2019 to December 2021.60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with pricking and cupping combined with Fuke Zai Zao Wan,and the control group was treated with Fuke Zai Zao Wan alone.A total of 3 menstrual cycles were treated.The treatment of the two groups of patients was observed and compared.Before and after TCM symptoms,TCM symptoms,serum FSH,FSH/LH,AMH.Research results: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type prolonged menstrual period was 89.7%,which was significantly better than 78.6% of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of six test results of TCM symptoms and serum sex hormones.After statistical analysis,the serum FSH,FSH/LH level,and TCM symptom score were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Research conclusions: 1.The therapy of piercing collaterals and cupping combined with Fuke Zai Zao Wan can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with prolonged menstrual period,improve the pathological state of blood stasis,help improve ovarian function,restore normal menstrual period,and improve patients’ life quality.2.Meridian piercing cupping is simple to operate,saves time and effort,and has few adverse reactions.It is suitable for modern fast-paced lifestyles.Meridian piercing cupping combined with gynecological rejuvenation pills is a cost-effective treatment method for prolonged menstrual period of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,so it is highly recommended.application in future clinical work.
