Objective: The Pulpal blood flow(PBF)of the first premolars and the second premolars of young people was detected by laser Doppler blood flow analyzer, and the reference range of PBF under the physiological state of young people was statistically analyzed to explore the influence of different age, gender and tooth position on PBF,To provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp diseases. Methods: The sample size of this study was determined according to the sample size calculation method of medical reference value range.Volunteers were recruited from students of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities,Baise University and stomatology patients of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities.A total of 150 volunteers were recruited. The inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were formulated based on the working principle of laser Doppler blood flow analyzer.38 patients were excluded according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 112 subjects were included in this study,51 males and 61 females, with an average age of 24±2.28 years.A total of 896 premolars, including 448 first premolars and 448 second premolars, were included in this study. The pulp blood perfusion of the first premolars and the second premolars was measured by laser Doppler flow analyzer, and the data were collected according to the standard operation procedure.According to the detection results of pulp blood perfusion,SPSS 25.0 was used for interval estimation to calculate the range of clinical reference values.T-test was used for comparison, and related factors affecting PBF were discussed. Results: 1.PBF reference value range of premolars in healthy population: male maxillary first premolars: 10.19±4.279;Maxillary second premolars:11.29±4.331;Mandibular first premolars 10.07±4.634;Mandibular second premolars10.67±4.390.Female: maxillary first premolars 10.20±4.685;Maxillary second premolars10.57±4.216;Mandibular first premolars 9.46±4.149;Mandibular second premolars10.35±4.781.2.The PBF value of maxillary premolars was higher than that of mandibular premolars with the same name, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.PBF values of the second premolars were higher than those of the first premolars in the same jaw,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was a weak positive correlation between PBF values of the second premolars and the first premolars(P< 0.05).4.There was no statistical difference in PBF values of the same teeth(P> 0.05).5.The PBF values of 25 teeth and 44 teeth had gender difference(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance between PBF value and age(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The reference value range of premolars in young population: male maxillary first premolars: 10.19±4.279;Maxillary second premolars:11.29±4.331;Mandibular first premolars 10.07±4.634;Mandibular second premolars10.67±4.390.Female: maxillary first premolars 10.20±4.685;Maxillary second premolars10.57±4.216;Mandibular first premolars 9.46±4.149;Mandibular second premolars10.35±4.781.2.The PBF value of maxillary premolars was higher than that of mandibular premolars.3.There was no statistical difference in PBF values of the same teeth.4.The PBF value of the second premolars in young people is higher than that of the first premolars in the same jaw,and there may be a positive correlation between PBF value of the second premolars and PBF value of the first premolars.5.PBF values of 25 and 44 teeth in males were higher than those in females.
