The Two Level Public Hospitals Under The Background Of "Internet Plus" Research On Information Construction And Management

In recent years,with the continuous progress of hospital informatization,especially since the COVID-19 in 2020,the supply and demand of hospital internet business have increased in consideration of reducing personnel contact and preventing cross infection,which has pressed the acceleration button for the development of Internet hospitals.The "Internet plus medical" hospital informatization development model is in full swing all over the country.As the main body of China’s medical and health service system,the informatization level of public hospitals directly reflects the overall level of China’s whole medical and health industry.For the vast majority of tertiary public hospitals,these hospitals are at the leading level in terms of overall strength,medical level,infrastructure,capital investment and the number of disease sources.They are the benchmark for the development of national medical informatization,which is worth learning from each hospital.However,for nearly 10000 secondary public hospitals in China,how to do a good job in hospital informatization under the premise of limited conditions,how to use the development of informatization and "Internet plus medical" to help realize the modernization of hospitals and greatly improve the overall level has become an urgent desire and problem for all hospitals.Taking Heze C hospital,which is also a secondary public hospital where the author is currently working,as an example,this paper expounds in detail the development process of informatization,the content and effectiveness of informatization construction and management of the hospital,makes an in-depth analysis from the five aspects of concept,planning,talents,management communication and safety,and analyzes various restrictive factors in informatization construction and management of the hospital and the causes of these contradictions.At the same time,combined with their own knowledge and from the perspective of public management,this paper analyzes the specific problems and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions: First,we should strengthen the organization and leadership of the hospital and guide the cadres and workers to correctly treat informatization;Second,we should formulate the medium and long-term plan for the development of hospital informatization to ensure the continuous investment of informatization funds;Third,we should increase the introduction and training of information professionals,and constantly improve the computer literacy of medical personnel;Fourth,strengthen the coordination and communication among all parties,and all members of the hospital participate in the information construction;Fifth,we must pay attention to information security.Finally,through years of work practice in the hospital information center and in combination with the current national medical informatization development trend,this paper puts forward the future informatization development direction of Heze C hospital based on the "Internet plus medical" mode,and hopes to provide some help and reference for the informatization development of other similar secondary public hospitals in the future.
