At present, the problem of "seeing a doctor is difficult and expensive to see a doctor" still puzzles the masses and becomes an important goal of medical reform.Internet of things as a new generation of information technology, in recent years,has been gradually introduced to the field of health care. and has made the exploration and try in the medical management, material management, drug management and other aspects.It is found that the applications of Internet of things have played important roles in the hospital information management to optimize the work flow, reduce the burden of medical personnel, improve work efficiency, improve the quality of health care, optimize the allocation of resources.It has gradually become one of the material means to solve the problem of "seeing a doctor is difficult and expensive to see a doctor" in medical treatment.This paper takes the current problems in China’s medical industry andthe country’s support for the medical Internet of things as background and studies the Internet of things at home and abroad and applications Internet of things in the hospital information management.The paper selects a Affiliated Hospital of Medical University Of Chongqing as a sample hospital.The hospital Internet of things used in medical management,including card, silver medical one-stop service, with bar code identification,wireless ward round, mobile nursing, telemedicine six focus, and it understands the status of the hospital information construction and applications of Internet of things.Through the method of questionnaire survey, the paper investigates and researches doctors and patients’ cognition about the applications of Internet of Things in Hospital Information Management.By sorting and analyzing the collected data, we can see that:in the process of Internet of things is applied to hospital information management,top-level design,funds, talent, technology, the two sides of the doctor and patient identification and information security exist problems.Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward the suggestionsThe medical Internet of things is the trend of the development of hospital information.This study investigates and researches the sample hospital’s applications that have been used.Although the the study of applications is limited, it has a certain reference value for other hospitals on the construction and Applications of the Internet of things. |
