| Health is the foundation for a person to settle down in the family,society and country,the most important wealth in a person’s life,and the basis for realizing personal and social value.Since ancient times,women have assumed the great responsibility of reproducing future generations because of their unique body structure.It can be said that women’s health is the cornerstone of the development of human society,and promoting women’s health is of great significance.Given that my country’s women’s health communication is in a process of gradual development and improvement,the number of monthly active users on the We Chat public platform has reached 3.5 million since 2017.The We Chat public account is the most important channel for the general audience to contact health information on a daily basis,adapting to the current media environment.,This article takes the We Chat public account of "Eleventh Clinic",which ranks first in the field of women’s health,as the research object,and conducts content analysis and effect analysis through case study method,literature method,content analysis method,and questionnaire survey method.First,the author gives an overview of the development of the representative We Chat public accounts in the field of women’s health,and analyzes the communication environment of women’s health in combination with the theory of social ecological system.The content of 1649 We Chat public accounts of 1649 is used as a research sample.By establishing relevant categories,the communicators,audiences and content of the We Chat public account "Eleventh Clinic" are analyzed on the basis of the 5W theory of communication.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was carried out based on the theory of use and satisfaction,and the communication effect of the "Eleventh Clinic" was further analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the content production of head accounts in the field of women’s health communication were summarized.It is hoped that women will pay more attention to their own health,reduce the prevalence of gynecological diseases,increase the society’s attention to women’s health,and promote the harmonious development of society. |
