Research On Improving The Emergency Management Ability Of County Medical Institutions To Deal With Public Health Emergencies

At present,the new crown virus is still raging around the world.In my country,county-level medical institutions are responsible for a large amount of front-line epidemic prevention and control,These departments not only protect the health of the local people,but also maintain the safety and stability of the country’s public health system.With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the hardware conditions of county medical institutions are becoming more and more perfect.However,in the face of public health emergencies,county medical institutions still exposed many deficiencies and suffered great challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the status and role of county medical institutions in public health emergencies.This paper adopts the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,focusing on the case analysis method,taking the X County Hospital of Ganzhou City as a sample hospital,and using the crisis life cycle theory to study the current situation of emergency management in the hospital in response to public health emergencies.,pointed out the problems in the system and mechanism,human resource allocation,protective material allocation and other aspects exposed in the epidemic prevention and control,aiming to provide suggestions for its future response to public health emergencies and emergency management,so that county hospitals can When responding to public health emergencies,we can find clues early,carry out control and treatment early,and provide reference for the emergency management of public health emergencies in other county hospitals and even tertiary general hospitals,and contribute to national security,economic development and Do your part for social stability.The conclusion drawn from this paper is that in the face of public health emergencies,county-level medical institutions not only need to update emergency prevention and control plans and establish a planning system,but also constantly adjust prevention and control measures in response to changing epidemics,and strengthen emergency management and coordination capabilities.Only by cultivating emergency management talents and making up for the shortcomings can we win the final victory in this new crown virus epidemic prevention battle.
