Clinical Effect Of Floating Needle Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Patients With Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:TCM syndrome score,SGRQ score and pulmonary function test were used as clinical observation indexes to evaluate the clinical efficacy of floating needle therapy combined with Traditional Chinese medicine in patients with phlegm-heat and stagnation of lung syndrome in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,To provide ideas and basis for clinical treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Sixty patients with phlegm-heat and stagnation of lung syndrome in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from Jinan Shizhong District People’s Hospital(South Hospital of Shandong Provincial Hospital),According to the principle of randomized control,60 patients were divided into floating needle combined with Traditional Chinese medicine group and simple traditional Chinese medicine group,with 30 patients in each group.The TCM syndrome score,SGRQ score and lung function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,respectively,and the data results were statistically analyzed with SPS.22.0 software.Results:The total effective rate of the floating acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the pure Chinese medicine group was 70%.The overall condition of the patients in both groups improved after treatment,and the overall effect of the floating acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was better than that of the pure Chinese medicine group.The P values of the primary and secondary symptoms were all less than 0.05 within the group,and the P values of the primary symptoms were all less than 0,05,and the P values of the secondary symptomswere all greater than 0.05 between the groups,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of the primary symptoms,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of the secondary symptoms.SGRQ scores were compared within and between the two groups,indicating that all patients improved after treatment,and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Both groups also showed significant improvement in lung function,and the effect of floating needle combined with TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine groupConclusion:Floating needle therapy combined with Traditional Chinese medicinecan effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with phlegm-heat stagnation and lung syndrome in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and the effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone,which is worthy of clinical application.
