| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint pressing manipulation along meridianss on postoperation rehabilitation of rotator cuff repair,so as to provide reference and theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine after rotator cuff repair. Methods:Fifty patients who underwent rotator cuff repair under shoulder arthroscopy in the Department of orthopedics of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The average age of patients in the control group was 61.36±8.21 years old,7 males and 18 females. The average BMI was 23.09±1.84 kg/m~2,3 on the left and 22 on the right. The average course of disease was 11.48±14.21months and the average tear size was 2.68±1.25 cm.The average age of the patients in the observation group was 62.36±7.75 years old, including 5males and 20 females. The average BMI was 22.59±1.98kg/m~2,6 on the left and 19 on the right. The average course of disease was 10.72±18.03 months and the average tear size was 2.60±1.19 cm.The control group was treated with routine postoperative rehabilitation scheme. On the basis of the control group, the observation group began acupoint pressing manipulation along meridianss on the second day after operation, and the course of treatment was6 weeks. The clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint pressing manipulation along meridianss on postoperation rehabilitation of rotator cuff repair were evaluated by comparing the differences of VAS score,UCLA score,Constant-Murley score and shoulder joint range of motion(flexion and lifting, abduction and lifting, lateral external rotation and back internal rotation)between the two groups before operation and at the 1st,3rd,6th and 12th weeks after operation. Results:All patients were followed up without shedding, adverse reactions and serious complications. There was no significant difference in general baseline data, preoperative VAS score,UCLA score,Constant-Murley score and shoulder range of motion between the two groups(P>0.05).Repeated analysis of variance showed that there was an interaction between time and intervention measures on VAS score,UCLA score, constant Murley score, shoulder range of motion and other indicators(P<0.05),and the main effect was significant(P<0.05).The UCLA score,Constant-Murley score and shoulder range of motion of the two groups increased significantly and the VAS score decreased significantly with the passage of time points before operation,1 week,3 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks after operation. The VAS score,UCLA score and Constant-Murley score of the two groups at the 1st,3rd,6th and 12th week after operation were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the 12th week and the 6th week, the 6th week and the 3rd week, the 3rd week and the 1st week after operation was statistically significant(P<0.001).At the same time point, there were significant differences in VAS score,UCLA score and Constant-Murley score at 1,3,6and 12 weeks after operation(P<0.05).In terms of shoulder range of motion, there was significant difference in the first, third, sixth and twelfth weeks after flexion, abduction and external rotation(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the sixth and twelfth weeks after internal rotation(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupoint pressing massage along meridianss combined with routine rehabilitation training and simple routine rehabilitation training can reduce the pain of patients after rotator cuff repair and improve the range of motion and function of shoulder joint.(2)Acupoint pressing massage along meridianss combined with routine rehabilitation training can accelerate the rehabilitation process, promote the recovery of shoulder function and improve the quality of life of patients. It has better rehabilitation effect than routine rehabilitation training in the short term.(3)Acupoint pressing massage along meridianss is a traditional Chinese medicine massage technique, which has the advantages of convenient operation, small side effects and definite curative effect. It is a safe and effective treatment method with high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application. |
