| Objective:Patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were divided into 3 groups, and respectively performed low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with auricular acupoint pressing and conservative treatment. To explore the therapeutic effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on sympathetic cervical spondylosis, and compare the therapeutic effects of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with auricular acupoint pressing and conservative treatment on sympathetic cervical spondylosis,so as to discover new solutions for clinical treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods:A total of 185 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis who were hospitalized in the Department of Minimally Invasive Orthopedics and Spine Orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to November 2021 were selected, and 100 patients met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.According to the different treatment methods selected by the patients, they were divided into low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation(radiofrequency group),34 cases,low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean therapy(shedou group),32 cases, and conservative treatment(conservative group).34 cases. The case information of each group was recorded in detail, and the VAS score and neck disability index(NDI,neck disability index)were used to evaluate the three groups of patients before treatment,2 days after treatment,7 days after treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 days after treatment.month for scoring and comparison.Statistical analysis of the obtained data was carried out using SPSS25.0 software, and its clinical significance was discussed according to the results.Results:1.The VAS scores and NDI scores of the three groups of patients before treatment were significantly higher than those at each time point after treatment, with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).2.The VAS scores and NDI scores at each time point after treatment were compared between the three groups:on 2 and 7 days after treatment, the two scores in the radiofrequency group were significantly lower than those in the conservative group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the score of the Shedou group was significantly lower than that of the radio frequency group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment, the shedou group had the lowest, followed by the radiofrequency group, and the highest conservative group. The radio frequency group was slightly higher than the Shedou group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has excellent effect in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis, with less trauma, faster recovery and good prognosis.2.Auricular acupoint pressing beans can play a positive role in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis. As an auxiliary means,it can play a certain role in promoting recovery when combined with surgery, amplifying the curative effect of the surgery, and the short-term effect is good.3.Auricular point pressing beans combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis has a clinically significant effect, and it is a superior therapy that combines traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.4.Conservative treatment of sympathetic cervical spine has a certain short-term effect, its advantage is that there are no side effects, easy to obtain, the disadvantage is slow recovery, and the long-term effect is not very obvious. |
