Objective Objective to investigate the method, efficacy and value of C02 laser combined with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of early glottic carcinoma.Method From March 2012 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed by C02 laser(40 cases),C02 laser combined with radiofrequency ablation(30 cases)70 cases involving the treatment of anterior joint in patients with early glottic cancer clinical data. The patients were followed up to compare the two groups of voice disorders,as well as postoperative recurrence rate.Result There was no significant difference in VHI scores between the two groups at(P>0.05).,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion C02 laser combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of anterior combined with early glottic cancer curative effect, especially for lesions difficult exposure more advantages, larynx and laryngeal function preservation, endoscopic operation, accurate preoperative assessment of skilled and adequate exposure is the key to successful operation.
