Bushen Huoxue Prescription Combined With Fimutong In Reatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Sub-POI Clinical Research

Objective: In the treatment of subclinical premature Ovarian Insufficiency(POI)patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the clinical efficacy of bushenhuoxue prescription combined with fenmeitong was studied and discussed,providing a new treatment approach and theoretical thinking for the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 91 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis subclinical POI diagnosed in the gynecological outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into Chinese and western groups,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,and the study was completed in 87 cases:Group(29 cases)of Chinese and western,the Chinese medicine group(30 cases)and western medicine group(28 cases),respectively,to the kidney invigorate the party + Finn,please pass,kidney invigorate the circulation of party,a treatment for three months,were observed before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with clinical symptoms integral,serum FSH,E2,FSH/LH and AMH level,bilateral ovaries sinus follicle and the change of the indicators such as volume,joint Finn,please pass to observe kidney invigorate the circulation of the treatment of the disease in Patients with kidney and blood stasis type POI effect.Results:(1)in the treatment of subclinical POI,there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups and the treatment before andafter treatment(P < 0.05),and the TCM symptoms of the three groups were significantly improved.Comparison between groups: no statistical difference between the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05),after treatment between the three groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),Chinese and western group is superior to western medicine in the treatment of primary symptom of TCM symptoms group,western medicine group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group,in time the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,Chinese and western group was slightly better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group to improve the effect of the worst.After treatment in this study,the three groups could significantly affect the sex hormone level: the effect of FSH value in the western and Chinese medicine groups was better than that in the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group,and the western medicine group was better than the Chinese medicine group.The effect of Chinese and western groups on E2 was better than that of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The effect on FSH/LH level was better in the Chinese and western groups than in the Chinese and western groups.(2)There was no statistical difference in the levels of FSH,FSH/LH and E2 in the three groups before treatment(P >0.05),suggesting that the sex hormones in the three groups before treatment were at the same baseline.after 3 months of treatment,the values of FSH and FSH/LH decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,while E2 increased significantly compared with that before treatment.There was a statistical difference in the effects of the three treatments on hormone levels(P <0.05).Comparison between groups: there was a statistically significant difference in the influence of FSH among the three groups(P < 0.05).The effect of FSH in the Chinese and western groups was better than that in the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group,and the western medicine group was better than thatin the Chinese medicine group.Among the effects on E2 among the three groups,the effects on E2 in the Chinese and western groups were better than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and there was no statistical difference in the therapeutic effects between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P > 0.05).There was a statistical difference in the effect of FSH/LH level between the three groups(P < 0.05).The Chinese and western groups were better than the Chinese and western medicine groups,and the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group.(3)there was no statistical difference in the value of AMH and OV between the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05),no statistical difference between the three groups after treatment and the group before treatment(P > 0.05),and no statistical difference between the three groups after treatment(P >0.05).(4)in the treatment of subclinical stage POI,three groups before treatment was no statistical difference(P > 0.05),group comparison: after treatment of AFC was rising,the number of statistically significant(P < 0.05),the comparison between groups: three groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which is superior to traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group of Chinese and western,traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine.(5)In the observation of menarche in the three groups of patients during the follow-up period,the menarche rates in the Chinese and western groups,the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were 92.59%,86.21% and 74.07%,respectively.(6)after 3 months of treatment,2 patients in the western and Chinese groups were cured,and 1 patient in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were cured.Group of Chinese and western clinicalcomprehensive curative effect was 89.66%,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical comprehensive curative effect was 84.33%,the western medicine group,the clinical comprehensive efficacy was 75.86%,the comparison between the three way difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),according to the mean rank comparison,Chinese and western group curative effect best,Chinese traditional medicine group,curative effect is smaller between groups of Chinese and western and Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,the comprehensive curative effect is the worst.Conclusion(s): Bushenhuoxue prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of POI patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the sub-clinical stage,effectively improve the serum sex hormone level,promote the development of ovarian internal sinus follicles,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate,with significant clinical efficacy.
