Bushen Huoxue Lishui Prescription Studies In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Of Ohronic Heart Failure

Objective:1.On the basis of conventional western medicine standardized treatment,we combined with Bushen Huoxue Lishui prescription in treating chronic heart failure(CHF),and observed its clinical symptoms.2.Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Huoxue Lishui prescription on TCM syndrome score,cardiac function classification,BNP level,6 minute walk test,LVEF and LVIDd,quality of life and liver and kidney function in CHF patients.3.To explore the mechanism of the effect of Bushen Huoxue Lishui prescription in the treatment of CHF patients and explore the effective methods of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of CHF.Method:Methods 60 cases of chronic heart failure from September,2015 to June,2018 in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Then divide the cases into control group and treatment group randomly.Two groups of patients are treated with standard standardized treatment on the basis of China guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure in 2014,and combined with the general condition of the patient,they are appropriatly and reasonably used by ACEI or ARB,diuretics,aldosterone receptor antagonists,beta blockers and other Western related indicators.While the patients in the treatment group were standardized western standard treatment,they are with the use of Bushen Huoxue Lishui prescription at the same time.(including poris cocos 15g,Poria peel 15g,cassia twig 10g,bighead atractylodes rhizome 10g,motherwort 10g,vervain 10g,grifola 15g,herba lycopi 15g,Alisma 15g,sealwort 20g,herba epimedii 15g,radix ophiop l0g,liquorice 3g,the decoctio was uniformly configured by preparation room of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,once a day,the course of treatment was 6 weeks±5 days,and the related indicators were compared after treatment).Result:1.After treatment the clinical symptoms of the two groups were both improved,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The two groups of patients had improved heart function after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.01).3.The level of BNP in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The two groups of patients after treatment increased walking distance in 6 minutes than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The quality of life in the two groups were improved to a certain extent,and the treatment group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.There was no significant difference in the changes of LVEF and LVIDd in the echocardiography before and after the treatment of the two groups(P>0.05).7.There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05)Conclusion:On the basis of the standardized treatment of Western medicine alone,the combination of Bushen Huoxue Lishui prescription can better relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the cardiac function of CHF patients,increase their exercise tolerance,improve their clinical efficacy,and further improve their long-term prognosis.
