| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu Prescription in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy(negative kidney deficiency).Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,40 patients with renal nephropathy diagnosis criteria were selected from the Department of Nephrology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the order of treatment,20 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Basic treatment was given to both groups of patients.The treatment group was given orally to Zishen Zhuanggufang;the control group was given uremic granules orally.Treatments are 8 weeks.Observe the total curative effect before and after treatment of the two groups of patients,TCM symptom scores and various biochemical indicators(Crcr,BUN,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,full parathyroid hormone(iPTH)),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP),and statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85%better than the control group 60%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to the control group.3.After treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN,P,iPTH and BAP in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Bu Shen Zhuang Gu Fang can improve the clinical symptoms of renal bone disease;2.Bushen Zhuanggu Prescription can reduce blood Scr and blood BUN levels in patients with renal bone disease,and its effect is better than uremic granules group;3.Bushen Zhuanggu Prescription can increase the level of blood Ca in patients with renal osteodystrophy;lower blood P,blood iPTH,blood BAP levels,its effect is better than uremic clear granule group. |
