Medication Regularity Of Professor Zheng Huifang In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Based On Data Mining And Clinical Study

Objective: 1.Data mining: Based on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V2.5),data mining was conducted on the medical records related to Professor Zheng Huifang’s treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,and the prescription rule of Professor Zheng Huifang’s treatment of the disease was analyzed and summarized,so as to provide the basis for optimizing the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and better inherit and carry forward the academic thought of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.2.Clinical research: 71 patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis were included,and the clinical efficacy of Professor Zheng Huifang’s empirical formula-Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill was observed according to the principle of random control,which provided new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: 1.Data mining: Collect and sort out the medical records of Professor Zheng Huifang’s treatment of primary dysmenorrhea from January 2008 to December 2012,and make statistical analysis on the frequency of drug use,efficacy classification,four qi,five flavors,meridian tropism,prescription rule and so on.2.Clinical research: 71 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold blood stasis syndrome were collected from the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021.36 cases in the observation group were treated with Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill,and 35 cases in the control group were treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule.The pain degree score,TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of the two groups were counted before and after treatment,and the clinical effect of Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill on primary dysmenorrhea with cold blood stasis syndrome was observed.Results: 1.Data mining: 207 prescriptions were screened out.According to data mining,Professor Zheng Huifang paid attention to activating qi and removing blood stasis,warming meridians and tonifying deficiency in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Glycyrrhrizae Radix,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Semen Persicae,Poria,Rhizoma Cyperi,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli are the top ten traditional Chinese medicines used by Professor Zheng Huifang to treat primary dysmenorrhea.Chinese medicines with frequency ≥20 are classified according to their efficacy.The top three efficacy categories are tonic,blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs and qi-regulating drugs,accounting for 38.8%,30.5% and 10.4%.As far as the four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine are concerned,Professor Zheng Huifang usually uses warm and flat drugs in the treatment,followed by sweet,bitter and pungent drugs;As far as meridian tropism is concerned,liver,spleen and heart meridian herbs are more common.Through cluster analysis,two new prescription combinations are obtained:Fritillaria cirrhosa,Poria cocos,Leonuri Fructus and Angelica dahurica;Semen Persicae,Semen Cuscutae,Herba Epimedii,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Eucommiae Cortex.2.Clinical study: There is no significant difference in age and course of disease between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05),which is comparable.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy indexes(i.e.dysmenorrhea pain degree score,TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea symptom score)(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Comparison of clinical efficacy indexes between the two groups before and after treatment shows that there is a significant difference(P < 0.01),and there is a significant difference in clinical efficacy indexes between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),which shows that Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill and Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule can reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea,improve TCM syndromes and relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms,and the treatment effect of the former is better than the latter.The effective rates of the observation group were 85.7%,91.4% and 94.3%,and those of the control group were 60.0%,71.4% and74.3%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Modified Guizhi Fuling Pill had a better effect on primary dysmenorrhea than reducing abdomen and removing blood stasis.Conclusion: 1.Data mining: According to data mining,Professor Zheng Huifang paid attention to activating qi and removing blood stasis,warming meridians and tonifying deficiency in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.In the aspect of medication,we pay attention to the application of tonics,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and drugs for regulating qi,with warm drugs,calming drugs and sweet traditional Chinese medicines as the main drugs,and less cold and hot drugs.In the aspect of meridian tropism,the liver meridian is the most,followed by the spleen and heart meridians,and other viscera are also involved.Dysfunction of many viscera can affect the occurrence of dysmenorrhea.2.Clinical research: Through clinical observation,it is known that Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill can effectively reduce dysmenorrhea pain score,TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and further exploration.
