| Objective: This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment thoughts of psychosomatic diseases in Synopsis of Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhongjing,andsummarizes the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment of psychosomatic diseases in order to provide the support of TCM theory and method for clinical treatment of psychosomatic diseases.Methods: With the method of literature research,through searching and consulting relevant literature materials,the understanding of psychosomaticdiseases in modern medicine and Chinese medicine was summarized and summarized.Based on the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Edited by He Ren)published by Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine Publishing House,the contents of central body diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber were summarized.This paper analyzes and summarizes zhongjing’s understanding and academic characteristics of the etiology,pathogenesis,key points ofsyndrome differentiation,prescription and drug use of psychosomatic diseases,and summarizes the inheritance and development of psychosomatic diseases by later generations of doctors in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and the present situation of treating psychosomatic diseases by modern doctors in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Results: The diseases related to the central body in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber include lily disease,fox-puzzle syndrome,renal mass disease,plum kernel qi disease,hysteriform diseases,insomnia,and palpitation;Emotional factors,environmental factors and physical factors are the main causes of psychosomatic diseases.The dysfunction of qi is the main pathogenesis of psychosomatic diseases.Synopsis of Golden Chamber attaches importance to the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation.Grasping the main symptoms,examining diseases and distinguishing prescriptions and syndromes are the main diagnostic and treatment thinking methods for psychosomatic diseases.Conclusion: The theory of psychosomatic diseases in Synopsis of Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhongjing inherited and developed the understanding of psychosomatic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine before han Dynasty,andpioneered the clinical treatment of psychosomatic diseases based on syndrome differentiation.Synopsis of the Golden Chamber inspired later researches on the theories,methods,formulae and theoretical system of drugs of psychosomatic diseases,and provided an important theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment basis for modern clinical treatment of psychosomatic diseases. |
