Study On The Syndrome And Treatment Rules Of Throat Diseases In Treatise On Febrile Diseases And Synopsis Of Golden Chambe

Objective: In this article,through combing and concluding about Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis Golden Chamber of the throat disease related articles,to analyze its etiology and pathogenesis,therapy and prescription,summarizing laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment and characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of laryngopharyngeal disease of Zhang zhongjing.To improve and enrich the clinical treatment of laryngopharyngeal disease theory system to provide a relative theoretical basis.Methods: This paper mainly through the method of theoretical classification,mainly divided into three parts for research.In the first part,the physiological anatomy of larynx and its connection with viscera and meridians,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of larynx and larynx diseases in Huangdi Neijing are summarized,and its influence on zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of larynx and larynx diseases is discussed.The second part,in this treatise on febrile disease and synopsis of "the song dynasty,to collect the above two of throat disease in the book,to sort out.Symptomologically,it can be classified into dry pharynx,pharynx pain,pharynx blockage,sore throat,hoarseness and aphonia,watery chicken sound in the throat,and gryposis in the pharynx.By analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis and prescription of the above diseases,we hope to understand the rule of syndrome and treatment of throat diseases in Zhongjing’s theory.In the third part,the clinical cases of the treatment of pharynx and throat diseases by zhong Jingfang are presented,and the influence of zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of pharynx and throat diseases on the treatment of pharynx and throat diseases is found.Results: Through the above research,the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis Golden Chamber synopsis of the throat symptoms almost covers the throat diseases in modern medicine,such as acute or chronic pharyngitis,throat ulcers,hoarseness and aphonia,etc.It’s also used seasoning bearing gas tonga subtraction treatment of tonsillitis,use small bupleurum Hu Xishu tonga subtraction treatment of dry throat,Yang Qin open using the basis of liriope tonga subtraction treatment voice hoarse,It is found that the above-mentioned doctors in the treatment of pharynx and throat disease contains zhang Zhongjing commonly used treatment of pharynx and throat disease treatment of xuan,health,down,warm,harmony,embellish,clear seven treatments.Conclusions: Through the study found that zhang zhongjing differentiation throat diseases inherited and developed the theory of etiology and pathogenesis of neijing and therapeutic treatment,think throat symptoms associated with cold,heat,phlegm retention,plague fell evil,insect poison poison,pathological factors,such as viscera lesions involving the lung,liver,spleen,kidney,etc.,disease has a virtual and actual,factors,of which the empirical,hot certificate to see most.Throughout the treatment of pharyngeal diseases,Zhongjing pays attention to the overall view in the treatment,are from the root of the disease and send prescription medication,not on a single pharyngeal symptoms of the use of pharyngeal drugs,but the use of dialectical treatment,analysis of the cause and pathogenesis of the disease and the treatment of the syndrome.In the treatment of pharyngeal diseases,it is concluded that Zhang significance to enrich and perfect the ideas of clinical differentiation and treatment of pharynx and pharynx diseases and improve the curative effect of TCM treatment of pharynx and pharynx diseases by analyzing the rule of syndrome and treatment of pharynx and pharynx diseases by Zhang Zhongjing.
