Study On The Syndrome And Treatment Rules Of Abdominal Distension In Treatise On Febrile Diseases And Synopsis Of Golden Chambe

Purpose:In this paper,by sorting and summarizing the relevant provisions in Shanhan Lun(Treatise on Febrile Diseases)and Jingui Yaolue(Synopsis of the Golden Prescriptions),we analyzed the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods and prescriptions,summarized Zhang Zhongjing’s medication thought and rules of syndrome and treatment in the treatment of abdominal full disease,and discussed its influence on the later clinical generations.To provide a relative theoretical basis for improving and enriching the theoretical system of clinical treatment of abdominal fullness disease.Material and Method:This article mainly through the method of theoretical research,collates,analyzes,summarizes and refines the contents of abdominal fullness,in order to find out the law of syndrome and treatment.This study is mainly divided into the following two parts.The first part is to summarize the location of abdominal fullness in the Internal Classic and its relationship with viscera and meridians,the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods of abdominal fullness,and explore its influence on Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of abdominal fullness.The second part,based on the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" in the Song Dynasty,collects the articles about abdominal fullness in the two books,and classifies them according to the principle of differentiation and treatment of "excess of yang and deficiency of vagina".Through the analysis of the causes,pathogenesis and syndrome types involved in the above articles,we hope to understand the syndrome and treatment rules of Zhongjing’s treatment of abdominal fullness.The third part lists Zhongjing’s prescriptions for the treatment of abdominal fullness,from which we can find Zhang Zhongjing’s thought and law of medication for the treatment of abdominal fullness,and provide the thinking of medication for the treatment of abdominal fullness in future generations.Results:Through a comprehensive analysis of the original text,it is found that Zhongjing’s understanding of the etiology of abdominal fullness mainly involves such pathological factors as cold,heat,dampness resistance,food accumulation,qi stagnation,insect poison,etc.,and the pathological location mainly involves the spleen,stomach,large intestine,small intestine,liver,kidney and other viscera.In terms of pathogenesis and syndrome types,it is found that the two principles of "deficiency and excess" or "deficiency and excess" run through all the provisions of abdominal fullness,so this paper divides the syndrome types of abdominal fullness into two categories: deficiency and excess,of which the deficiency syndrome can be divided into: spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,spleen and kidney deficiency and cold,spleen deficiency and cold,spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,and Chong and Ren deficiency and cold.The empirical evidence can also be divided into: cold excess and internal disturbance,pathogenic heat and internal disturbance,stagnation of food retention,heat accumulation and Yangming,three-yang syndrome,internal excess and external manifestations,liver evil multiplying spleen,blood stasis,damp-heat stasis.Among them,the treatment methods are lower,warmer,warmer and lower.Among them,the cooling method is:cold cooling method,warm cooling method,and water-by-water method.The methods of warming are: warming the spleen and stomach,warming the spleen and kidney,warming yang and diuresis.The method of reconciliation is to reconcile Shaoyang,dredge the liver and regulate the spleen,and reconcile the spleen and stomach.The method of elimination is to divide and eliminate before and after,and to eliminate and supplement at the same time.In the application of prescription,there are prescriptions such as Houpu Qiwu Decoction,Dachaihu Decoction,Houpu Sanwu Decoction,Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction and other drugs represented by Fructus Aurantii,Magnolia officinalis,mirabilite and rhubarb.For deficiency syndrome,there are Dajianzhong Decoction,Sini Decoction,Wenjing Decoction and other prescriptions represented by Lizhong Decoction,as well as drugs represented by ginseng,licorice,ginger and pinellia ternata.Zhongjing’s diagnosis and treatment of abdominal fullness,from the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment principles to prescription and medication,are interlinked,systematic and complete.Conclusion:Zhong Jing’s discussion on abdominal fullness in the "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" and the whole "Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases" inherits and develops the theory of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods in the "Internal Classic",and is a pioneer in abdominal diagnosis.In the differentiation of syndromes,it emphasizes the deficiency and excess of cold and heat,especially the two ends of deficiency and excess;In terms of treatment,we pay attention to the whole,and send prescriptions and medication from the root of the disease,leaving a comprehensive,systematic,simple and practical criterion for the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal fullness for future generations.
