Objective:: Through the articles and prescriptions in the original text of "The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" with the content of post-medic ine adjustment,to search for relevant discourses in the works of later generations of physicians in the "Chinese Medical Dictionary",and to analyze the characteristics and rules of the "Golden Chamber Synopsis".Methods: 1.Collect and sort out the content of the post-modification of traditional Chinese medic ine in the original text of "The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber",and classify and analyze it according to the provisions and prescriptions.3.The later generations of physicians collected and analyzed the medical records and prescriptions of the prescriptions of the "Golden Chamber Synopsis" as the object,and searched the medical records and prescriptions of the prescriptions of the "Golden Chamber Synopsis" in the "Chinese Medical Dictionary",Analyze according to prescription.And on this basis,"The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" has the characteristics and laws of post-medicine adjustment.Result: Using the version of "Golden Chamber Synopsis Formulas"(Zhao Kaimei’s proofreading edition),to retrieve the provis ions and prescriptions related to post-medicine adjustments,a total of 5 articles and 20 prescriptions related to post-medic ine adjustments were found.On this basis,we carried out the post-drug adjustment content retrieval of the "Golden Chamber Synopsis" of the "Chinese Medical Dictionary",and retrieved the post-drug adjustment content of a total of forty prescriptions inc luding Gegen Decoction.Analysis of the current situation,characteristics of prescriptions,and future generations of post-medicine adjustments.Conclusion: The post-medicine adjustment content of the later "Golden Chamber Synopsis" prescription has obvious characteristics of the times,and the care of the spleen and stomach is still the post-medicine adjustment center of the "Golden Chamber Synopsis" prescription.On this basis,the post-medicine adjustment rule of the five internal organs diseases is constructed.Structure: After pulmonary disease medic ine,pay attention to exorcising evil spirits,and take care of body fluid;after liver disease medic ine,pay attention to relieving qi and nourishing yin;after heart disease medic ine,pay attention to protecting the heart and yang,and take care of nursing;after spleen medic ine,pay attention to protecting the spleen and stomach,and warming and tonifying both;After nephropathy medicine,pay attention to cleans ing and slowing down the medicine effect.
