Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To understand the development status of breast cancer patients’ needs,self-efficacy and quality of life by collecting questionnaires. To clarify the correlation among breast cancer patients’ needs,self-efficacy and quality of life;To explore the influencing factors of quality of life in breast cancer patients,in order to provide relevant theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients. Methods: Convenience sampling method was used to select 313 breast cancer patients who volunteered to participate in the survey in two grade III,Grade A general hospitals in Yanji and Enshi from December 2020 to July 2021.General data questionnaire, breast cancer patient demand scale, general self-efficacy scale and breast cancer patient quality of life scale were used to investigate. All the questionnaires were sorted out, coded and recorded.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis. In this study, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation,t test,one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used, and P< 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:(1)The demand status and single factor analysis of the research object: the demand score of the research object was 145.84±22.75(Out of 200 points). In general demographic data, there were significant differences in age, education level, occupation, marital status, personal monthly income, disease stage, treatment stage, metastasis or not,and primary caregivers(P < 0.05).(2)The study self-efficacy status and single factor analysis: the object of study self-efficacy score was 18.15±4.60(out of 40 points),the object of study self-efficacy in general demographic information age, culture level, occupation, marital status, income, disease stage, primary treatment stage, whether transfer, caregivers were showing significant differences(P < 0.05).(3)Status and single factor analysis of quality of life of subjects: the quality of life score of subjects was 117.27±13.12(out of 195 points),and there were significant differences in age, education level, occupation, marital status, reproductive status, personal monthly income, disease stage, treatment stage and metastasis(P < 0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between the total score of the subjects’ needs and the total score of self-efficacy(r=0.775,P<0.01);Demand total score was positively correlated with quality of life total score(r=0.502,P<0.01);The total score of self-efficacy was positively correlated with the total score of quality of life(r=0.418,P<0.01).(5)Multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of quality of life in breast cancer patients were age, marital status, fertility, disease stage, treatment stage, demand and self-efficacy,and all variables explained 35.6% variation of quality of life(F=9.613,P<0.001).conclusion:(1)The demand level of breast cancer patients is relatively high; The self-efficacy level of breast cancer patients is relatively low;The quality of life of breast cancer patients still needs to be further improved.(2)There is a positive correlation between demand,self-efficacy and quality of life of breast cancer patients. The higher the level of need and self-efficacy,the higher the quality of life of breast cancer patients.(3)The main influencing factors of quality of life of breast cancer patients include age, marital status, fertility, disease stage, treatment stage, demand and self-efficacy.
