Clinical Evaluation Of "Songjing" Rehabilitation Massage Therapy In The Treatment Of Increased Muscle Tone In Ischemic Stroke

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Songjing" rehabilitation massage therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke with increased muscle tone through prospective research and Bobath technology as control,in order to explore a more effective treatment method for ischemic stroke with increased muscle tone.Methods 60 patients with ischemic stroke with increased muscle tone who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Neurology of our unit from March 2020 to November 2021.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with "Songjing" rehabilitation massage therapy,and the control group was treated with Bobath technology for 5 days and rested for 2 days,One course of treatment,three courses of treatment were observed in both groups.The revised Ashworth spasticity Rating Scale(MAS),clinical spasticity index scale(CSI)and functional independence Rating Scale(FIM)were used as the evaluation indexes of rehabilitation.The clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results 1 There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the comparison of basic information such as age,gender and course of disease.There was no significant difference in the baseline comparison of various clinical evaluation indexes before treatment,so the treatment group and the control group were comparable.2.After 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of MAS,CSI and FIM motor function assessment between the treatment group and the control group were compared with the scores before treatment,and the curative effect was significantly different(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the scores of MAS and CSI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the partial scores of FIM motor function assessment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The "Songjing" rehabilitation massage therapy and Bobath technique have certain clinical efficacy in treating ischemic stroke with hypertonia.By comparison,"Songjing" rehabilitation massage therapy is superior to Bobath technique in clinical efficacy under the evaluation indexes of MAS,CSI and FIM motor function evaluation.Therefore,"Songjing" rehabilitation massage therapy is one of the effective therapies for the treatment of ischemic stroke with hypertonia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
