Objective:To clarify the relationship between the theory of Dangyu in the Traditional Chinese Korean Medicine with patterns of the Pattern Reversal Visual Evoked Potential(PRVEP)and Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential(BAEP).Methods:①The room temperature of the laboratory was set at about 26℃ and kept quiet.②471 healthy volunteers(21.6±7.59 years old,176 males and 295 females)were selected as subjects.③All volunteers who participated in the experiment filled in the questionnaire of image discrimination investigation.④Collect full-body images of volunteers,including front,back,side and face close-ups.⑤Many professionals distinguish the Sasang consistent according to the completed image discrimination investigation questionnaire and collected images.⑥PRVEP and BAEP were detected by sea shark-NDI-092(Shanghai Poseidon Medical Electronic Instrument Co.,Ltd.)EMG evoked potential instrument.⑦Through SPSS22.0 statistical software.the comparison among and within four groups of four elephants was made by one-way-ANOVA and p aired T test,and the multiple comparisons between groups were made by LSD method,with P<0.05 being regarded as statistically significant.Results:①PRVEP:In men,when stimulating the right eye,the latency of O1 N145 Taiyin and Shaoyang are prolonged than Shaoyin,the peak-peak divide of O1 N75-P100 Taiyin higher than Shaoyang(P<0.05).Among the women,the latency of O1 P100 Taiyin is longer than Shaoyang when the left eye or right eye is stimulated,the latency of O1 P100(or O2 P100)Taiyin is longer than Shaoyin when the left eye(or right eye)is stimulated,and the latency of O2 P100(or O1 P100)Taiyin is longer than Shaoyang when the left eye(or right eye)is stimulated(P<0.05).②BAEP:In females,when the right ear is stimulated,the latency of A1 Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣShaoyin is longer than Shaoyang,while the latency of A1 Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ Taiyin is longer than Saoyang;The latency of A2 Ⅳ Shaoyang is shorten than Taiyin and Shaoyin(P<0.05).③Comparison between males and females:In Taiyin,the latency of O2 N75 in males are longer than females when stimulating the left eye;the latency of O1 N75,P100 and O2 N75 in males are longer than females(P<0.05)when the right eye is stimulated.In the Shaoyang the P100 latency of O1 and O2 males are longer than females when stimulating the the left eye;the latency of O1 N75,P100,O2 N75,P100 and N145 in males are longer than females when stimulating the right eye(P<0.05).Among the Shaoyin,the peak-peak divide of O1 N75-P100 females are higher than males when stimulating the right eye;the peak-peak divide of O2 N75-P100 and P100-N145 females are higher than males when stimulating the left eye(P<0.05).Among the Taiyin,the latency of A1 and A2 Ⅰ,Ⅰ’,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅴ’ males are longer than females when stimulating the left ear;The latency of A1 Ⅰ,Ⅴ,Ⅴ’,A2 V,Ⅴ’males are longer than females when stimulating the right ear(P<0.05).In Shaoyang,the latency of A1 Ⅴ,A2 Ⅰ,Ⅰ’,Ⅱ and Ⅲ males are longer than females when stimulating the left ear.The latency of A1 Ⅲ,Ⅳ,A2 Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ males are p rolonged than females when stimulating the right ear(P<0.05).In Shaoyin,the latency of Ⅰ A1 is A2 males are longer than females when stimulating the left ear(P<0.05).④Comparison between left potential and right potential:In males,Taiyin O1 P100 latency is longer than O2;Shaoyang P100 latency O2 is longer than O1 when stimulating the right eye,and in females,Shaoyin N75 and P100 latency O2 is longer than O1 when stimulating left eye(P<0.05).In maels the peak-peak subtract latency of Ⅲ-Ⅴ A1 are longer than A2 in Shaoyang when stimulating the left ear(P<0.05),in females the latency of Ⅳand Ⅰ-Ⅲ in Taiyin A1 are longer than A2 when stimulating the right ear(P<0.05).⑤Comparison between left stimulation and right stimulation:In males,the stimulation in the right eye of Taiyin O1 P100 latency or O2 P100-N145 peak-peak divide is longer or higher than left,the stimulation in the left eye of Shaoyang O1 N75-P100 peak-peak divide value is higher than right,and the stimulation in the right eye of Shaoyin O2 P100 latency is longer than left(P<0.05).In Shaoyang,the latency of O1 N145 in female is prolonged with right eye stimulation than left(P<0.05).In Tiayin,the stimulation of the left ear in male A1 Ⅲ and female A2 Ⅴ’ latency left ear stimulation is longer than right,and the stimulation of the right ear in male A1 Ⅲ-Ⅴlatency and female A2 Ⅱ latency is prolonged than left(P<0.05).Conclusion:The latency of PRVEP P100 in Shaoyang was shorter than other Sasang,and the latency of BAEP Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ in Taiyin was longer than other Sasang,It is speculated that the inherent organ size of Sasang constitution is related to the strength of the function of the organ;The latency of PRVEP N75,P100 and BAEP in Taiyin,Shaoyang and Shaoyin was longer in males than in females;In Shaoyang and Shaoyin people,the left hemisphere of BAEP latency was shorter than that of the right hemisphere,and in Taiyin people,the right hemisphere of BAEP latency was shorter than that of the left hemisphere.
