Objective:According to the theory basis of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, through the electrical stimulation median nerve testing and statistical analysis Peripheral nerve action potential(PNAP)and somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) the relevant nerve conduction parameters. Combine with the results of Sasang discrimination, observe the characteristics of Taeumin, Soeumin, Tayangin and Soyangin’s nerve conduction, and to probe into the relativity between Central nervous and Peripheral nervous conduction. Grasp the characteristics of Sasang Constitutional Medicine’s Central and Peripheral nervous, In order to improve the Sasang discrimination’s accuracy and clinical effective, and to promote the development of Sasang Constit-utional Medicine.Methods:Set the control temperature of the laboratory to 26°C,half-darkness,moderate humidity, electrical shielding and keep quie.①1100 volunteers in the experiment from the YanBian University healthy students, Without any neurological diseases and relevant medical history were randomly divided into two groups. In group A,100 (male 49, female 51), ranging in age from 18 to 36 years old (average age is 21.6).Testing Somatosensory evoked potential (SEP). In group B,1000 (male 426, female 574), ranging in age from 18 to 34 years old (average age is 21.6).testing Peripheral nerve action potential(PNAP).②The participants fill in letter of consent, questionnaires and Sasang discrimination table. Take pictures of the participants’head facial, and the front, side and back of the body, (A total of four), with canon camera in the same laboratory which provides plenty of natural linght (fluorescent lamp). Invite some experts to diagnose sasang constitution on the basis of questionnaire and Sasang discrimination table,relevant subjects photo finishing as materials.③All participants in the experiment should be taken the decubitus, stay calm and relax with eyes closed. Test 1100 participants.’ Peripheral nerve action potential (PNAP)and somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) through electrical stimulation of median nerve (right and left).④ Test median nerve Somatosensory evoked potential Conduction time from stimulus onset to the induced component, waveform and amplitude. ⑤Test the M-wave and F-wave of Upper 1 imb median nerve, record the changes of incubation period, amplitude and nerve conduction velocity. ⑥Analyse the relationship of the Peripheral nervous-central nervous conduction between sasangin their each groups and within the group. ⑦Observe the differences of central nervous and Peripheral nerve conduction between sasangin their each groups and within the group. Do statistical analysis for the data from the above statistics. To discuss the relationship between the internal environment caused by the different sizes viscera of Sasangin and central nervous system and-peripheral nerve conduction.Results:Group A①There are statistically significant differences in weight between sasangin their each groups(P<0.01).The weight of Taeumin is heavier than Soeumin’s. There was no statistically significant difference in age, height and gender between sasangin their each groups and within the group(p>0.05).②Taeumin’s N13-wave latency (Referred to as "N13-0), is longer than Soeumin’ s. There are significant statistical difference (P<0.05).③Soyangin’s N20-wave end time (Referred to as "N20-E"), is shorter than Soeu-min’s, and Soyangin’s discrete degree of wave time is smaller than Soeumin’s. There are significant statistical difference (P<0.05).Group B①DThere are statistically significant differences in weight and height between sasangin their each groups(P<0.01). The weight, height of Taeumin is heavier and taller than Soeumin’s and Soyangin’s. There was no statistically significant difference in age and gender between sasangin their each groups and within the group (P>0.05). ②Comparing the Sasangin’s latency of F-wave, Taeumin’s F-Lat is longer than Soyangin’s and Soeumin’ s. There are statistically significant differences (P<0.05).③The right MCV of Taeumin is slower than the left, There are statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in MCV other three sasangin(P>0.05) ④There are statistically significant differences in ratio of right median nerves with P Am P/D Amp≤0.5(P<0.0 1). Taeumin is more than Soyangin’s. There was no statistically Significant difference between the other sasangin groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1. The Characteristics Of Central Nervous:Taeumin’s N,,-0 is longer than Soeum-in’s. Soyangin’s N20-E is shorter than Soeumin’s, and Soyangin’s discrete degree of wave time is smaller than Soeumin’s.2. The Characteristics of peripheral nervous:Taeumin’s F-Lat is longer than Soyangin’s and Soeumin’s, the right MCV is slower than the left and the ratio of right median nerves with P Amp/D Amp≤0.5 is more than Soyangin’ s.3. The relation between central nervous and peripheral nervous:With Taeumin the F-Lat is longer, the right MCV is slower, the ratio of right median nerves with P Amp/D Amp≤0.5 of Taeumin is more, N13-0 is longer;with Soyangin the F-Lat is shorter, N20-E is shorter and the discrete degree of wave time is smaller. Thus it can be seen that the detection result of the same type of Sasangin’s Peripheral nervous and central nervous is corresponding to each other.4. Taeumin who’s blood turbidity and qi stagnation of Physical charact-eristics. Taeumin is by nature inclined to be stay, don’t like to exerci-se, finally lead to slow physical activity and stagnation of qi and blood stasis. So taeumin’s nerve conduction velocity is slower than soyangin. Soyangin who is born with hot constitution of "Excessive Yang damage Yin".Soyangin is ’by nature inclined to exercise, lead to promote physical activity andf low of qi and blood circulation. So soyangin’s nerve conduction velocity is faster than taeumin and Soeumin. |
