Observe The Clinical Effect Of Three Moving Method Of Qinggong Palace In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH)

Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy and safety of three moving method of Qinggong Palace in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).On the basis of recognized subjective scale evaluation,combined with objective quantitative effect indicators,evaluate the clinical efficacy of three moving method of Qinggong Palace and whether it has advantages compared with lumbar traction.Methods:64 patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(manipulation group)was treated with three moving method o f Qinggong Palace+functional exercise,and the control group(traction group)was treated with lumbar traction+functional exercise.Both manual therapy and traction therapy were once every 2 days and 5 times for 10 days.The two groups of functional exercises adopt the "five point support" method,twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,2 0 groups each time.One group lasts about 4-6 seconds,and then the muscles relax and rest for about 4-6 seconds for 10 consecutive days.Record,summarize and statistically analyze the basic information of the two groups,VAS score,ODI score,lumbar tenderness threshold(PPT value)and lumbar curvature value(LCI value)before and after treatment and during follow-up.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the basic data between the two groups.The P values of course of disease,lesion segment,gender and age were greater than 0.05.The two groups were comparable.2.Self control before and after treatment:compared with before treatment,the VAS score,ODI score,PTT value and LCI value of the two groups at each observation time point were improved(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment methods of the two groups can effectively improve the pain,lumbar dysfunction,clinical symptoms and3.Comparison between the two groups:it is found that the experimental group has obvious advantages in improving pain,lumbar function,lumbar curvature and pain threshold compared with the control group(P<0.05).The analysis results of ODI data of the two groups show that the experimental group and the control group can effectively improve the lumbar function and activity of patients,and the curative effect increases with the extension of time.However,compared with the control group,the effect of the experimental group was faster,and the medium and long-term effect was significant.In terms of the total effective rate,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.3%.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that the experimental group has more significant advantages in clinical treatment effect than the control group.4.Correlation evaluation of efficacy indicators in the treatment group:after Pearson correlation coefficient test,the difference of efficacy indicators in the treatment group before and after treatment was compared,and the p value was greater than 0.05,suggesting that the difference of efficacy indicators before and after treatment did not show significant correlation.5.Safety:①the vital signs of the patients in the two groups are stable and there is no obvious difference;②No treatment-related adverse reactions and side effects were found in both groups after treatment.three moving method of Qinggong PalaceConclusion:1 Three moving method of Qinggong Palace can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients.Relieve the pain of waist,improve the function of waist and the quality of life.2.Three moving method of Qinggong Palace takes effect faster in alleviating pain symptoms and improving pain threshold,with good short-term effect and similar medium and long-term effect.In terms of improving function and restoring curvature,the onset time of the treatment group was faster than that of the control group,and the curative effect increased with the extension of time,and the medium and long-term curative effect was significant.3.There was no obvious adverse reaction related to the treatment of LDH with the three moving method of Qinggong Palace,which was relatively safe and effective.
