Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Cold-damp Type Disc Herniation With Yaobining Capsule

Objectives:Through literature study,inductive(LDH)of lumbar disc prolapse definition,clinical manifestation,etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese and western medicine,pathology,and traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment methods,traditional Chinese medicine capsules on Yaobining and celecoxib capsules(sp)in patients with lumbar disc prolapse clinical curative effect,score results before and after treatment,to explore the treatment of the clinical effective and safe treatment of LDH.Methods:According to strict standards for diagnosis,Chinese and western medicine into choosing between April 2020 and February 2021 in 60 patients with traditional Chinese orthopedics outpatient clinic of LDH in jiangsu province,according to the latest state of traditional Chinese medicine,to cold dampness syndrome patients,using randomized grouping principle,60 patients with agreed to participate in this experimental study,randomly divided into treatment group and control group in two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral Yaobining capsule(scorpion 2g,Cicada slough 3g,Wushuo snake 5g,Gunteng 3g,fried Cicada slough 3g,baked centipede 3g),0.5g each time,three times a day,after meals;Control group was given celecoxib capsule(Celebrex),200mg each time,once a day,after meals.During the clinical study,the patients should avoid going out as much as possible,stay in bed and avoid being affected by cold or other factors.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,or disc herniation between the two groups(P<0.05),and visual analog VAS score,lumbar JOA score,and TCM syndrome score.P> was calculated by special statistical test algorithm.0.05,no statistical difference,is comparable.After taking a course of drugs,the two groups of patients were revisited to review the safety indicators,the efficacy evaluation after treatment was recorded,and the visual analog VAS score,Chinese medicine syndrome score,and lumbar JOA score and their effective rate were analyzed in the two groups.The data obtained after treatment were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:①In this study,60 patients were included.Before treatment,VAS scores of patients in the Yaobining group and the celecoxib group were statistically analyzed(P>0.05),which proved that there was no statistical difference between the two groups and it was comparable.VAS scores before and after treatment in 2 groups were statistically analyzed(P value<0.05),with statistical significance,which proved that oral Yaobining Capsule and Celecoxib Capsule could relieve pain.After treatment,VAS scores in the two groups were statistically calculated(P<0.05),proving that the analgesic effect of Yaobining capsule is better than that of celecoxib capsule.②Before treatment,the JOA scores of lumbar vertebrae in the treatment group and the control group were extracted and statistically analyzed(P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups,which could be compared.The JOA scores of lumbar vertebrae before and after treatment in 2 groups were statistically analyzed(P<0.05),with statistical significance,indicating that the patient’s clinical symptoms such as lumbago and leg pain,lower limb numbness and bladder function have been significantly improved after taking the medicine.After one course of treatment,patients in both groups were revisited to record the JOA scores of the lumbar spine and statistically analyzed(P<0.05),proving that Yaobining capsule is better than celecoxib capsule in improving patients’ life disorders.③The total clinical effective rate was 90.00%after one month of oral administration of Yaobining Capsules.The total effective rate was 83.33%in the control group of celecoxib capsule.Statistical analysis was performed(P>0.05),there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:Through observation,the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(cold and dampness type)by Yaobining Capsule and Celexoxib Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar and leg pain,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the recovery of human dysfunction.Through the analysis of the scores of the two groups of patients after medication,it was concluded that oral Chinese medicine capsule Yaobining was better than oral celecoxib capsule in multiple indexes.
