It brought serious adverse effects on adolescent daily life, study and work. At present, the clinical diagnosis is not comprehensive, scientific treatment is not enough,the curative effect is not ideal, all kinds of treatment are barbarous.ObjectiveTo explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment for adolescent lumbar disc herniation, improve the comprehensive understanding of the lumbar disc herniation and diagnosis and treatment level, to provide comprehensive, scientific, reasonable and effective treatment.MethodSelect the December 2013-December 2014 period, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical orthopedic surgery clinics and adolescent hospitalized patients with lumbar disc herniation 72 cases,40 males,32 females, aged 15-28 years, mean 21 years old, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group patients with 36 cases each.
