The Clinical Research Based On Theory Of Relationship Between Symptoms And Etiology To Cure Cervical Migraine

Objective By standardisation of clinical studies,integration of patients with cervical-style migrain were compared before and after the treatment.Analyze the characteristics cand advantages of the theory of relationship between symptoms and etiology,and discuss the operation points of “a point-three directions”and “method of the rotation pulling neck” in treatment of cervical migraine,to provide a new effective way for non-drug therapies to treat the disease.Methods Under the random and contrast research method,44 patients with Cervical Migraine were devided into two groups: control group adopts traditional message therapy and the experimental group treated with curing etiology.During the research,X-rays of cervical anteroposterior,lateral and mouth opening will be taken and compared with the treatment of before and after,the Migraine score,Muscle tension,Fatigue will be recorded before the treatment,after the first treatment,after the third treatment and after the sixth treatment.Finally,according the curative effective evaluation standard.The whole treatment includes 6 times and once every other day.Results Clinical studies show that the effectiveness of method treated with curing etiology is better than traditional message therapy(P﹤0.05);both of the therapies can improve the sympoms of muscle tension and fatigue with no differences(P﹥0.05),but the effectiveness of group treated with curing etiology is faster than the group of traditional message therapy;the occurrence of migraine has little relation to the change of cerebral blood flow,but vertigo has much more relation to the cerebral blood flow changes;the total effective rate of group treated with curing etiology is95.45%,but the other one is 63.64%,the total effectiveness of group treated with curing etiology takes advantages than group of traditional message’s.
