The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy By Cervical Vertebrae Fixed Point Rotation And Hand Pulling Method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of Cervical vertebrae fixed po int rotation and hand pulling in the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy clinical study,and to explore the mechanism of the method of fixed point rotation o f cervical vertebrae.To provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of Cer vical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.Methods:A randomized controlled grouping method was applied to 65 cases of Cervi cal Spondylotic Radiculopathy in accordance with the diagnostic criteria.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 33 cases in the experimental group,sheddi ng in 3 cases;32 cases in the control group,shedding in 2 cases.The patients in th e experimental group were treated with the Cervical vertebrae fixed point rotation an d hand pulling method and the Routine Massage manipulation of Cervical Spondyloti c radiculopathy.the patients of the control group were treated with cervical rotatory method and the Routine Massage manipulation of Cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy.Both the Routine Massage manipulation of Cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy and th e cervical rotatory method are refer from Tuina Science(2012 people's Health Publis hing House),whose editor are Fangmin and Liu Mingjun.Abobe treatment once a day,10 consecutive sessions as a course of treatment,Statistical effect after one course of treatment.The changes of “pain degree(PD)”and “SF-36 score”before and after trea tment were statistical analysised by SPSS19.0 software,the curative efficacy between Cervical vertebrae fixed point rotation and hand pulling method and cervical rotatory methodin the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.Result:The general information(gender,age,disease course),VAS score,SF-36 score,and PD value of two groups were compared before the treatment,but no statistical signifi cance was observed(P?0.05),which indicated the truth that they could be comparedw ith eath other;All the indicators in both groups before and after treatment were obvi ously improved,and the experimental results analyzed by statistical software showed s ignificant difference(p<0.05);The improvement in all indicators in experiment group were evidently superior to the controls,and the overall effectibe rate of experiment group was significantly better than opposite one.Conclusion: 1?After 1 courses of treatment,Both the Cervical vertebrae fixed point rotation and hand pulling method and cervical rotation can reduce pain and improve clinical symptoms and signs,but the effect of Cervical vertebrae fixed point rotatio n and hand pulling method is better than that of cervical rotatory method.2?After 1 courses of treatment,the overall curative effect of the Cervica l vertebrae fixed point rotation and hand pulling method is better than the cervical r otatory method,and this manipulation is more secure,so the Cervical vertebrae fixed p oint rotation and hand pulling methodis worth popularizing in clinic.
