Fixed-point Rotation Neck Method Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: This task is aimed at observing the clinical effects that fixed-point rotation neck method treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome), to further recognize and discuss the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,fixed-point rotation neck method’s action mechanism for the treatment of the disease.Based on the modern medicine research on mechanism of the disease and traditional medicine technique treatment experience the organic combination,to provide scientific treatment on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and make fixed-point rotation neck method more widely applied in clinical.Methods: 80 patients of included in the standard were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 40 cases,for fixed-point rotation neck method treatment,once every two days,6 days for a period of treatment,have a day off,review after 2 courses of treatment.Control group 40 cases,for cervical traction method treatment,once a day,6 days for a period of treatment,have a day off,review after 2 courses of treatment.By observing the patients’ clinical symptoms, signs, objective indicators such as the change of the integral, performing clinical symptoms, signs, the objective index of integral for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The treatment group 40 cases,11 cases recovered,18 cases were markedly improved,8 cases were effective,3 cases of invalid,the total marked improved rate is 72.5%,the total effective rate is92.5%;control group 40 cases,7 cases recovered,14 cases were markedly improved,9 cases were effective,10 cases of invalid,the total marked improved rate is52.5%,the total effective rate is 75%.After statistics processing,two groups of clinical total effective rate have significant difference(P<0.05),the overall efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than the control group,These shows that the treatment group compared the control group can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms.(2)Two groups of patients treated with zuo teng zhe lang’s cervical spondylotic radiculopathy scores determine the benchmark rate,before treatment,two groups of patients with total score difference of symptoms and the main accompanying symptoms’ s(neck and shoulder pain,arm pain and numbness,finger pain and numbness and so on)score haven’t significant difference(P>0.05);from the two groups before and after treatment symptoms and signsthe total integral, neck and shoulder pain,arm pain and numbness,finger pain and numbness comparison results view(P<0.05),treatment group and control group can obviously improve the patient’s neck, shoulder pain,arm pain and numbness,finger pain and numbness and so on,from the two groups before and after treatment symptoms and signs the total integral of difference value, neck and shoulder pain of difference value,arm pain and numbness of difference value,finger pain and numbness of difference value comparison results view(P<0.05),the treatment group in improving the symptoms and signs is better than control group.Conclusions:(1)fixed-point rotation neck method and cervical traction method in improving clinical symptoms and signs on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,have good treatment effect.(2)Overall curative effect and the main accompanying symptoms improve treatment group were superior to the control group.(3)Fixed-point rotation method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, curative effect is remarkable,worth clinical promotion.
