Study On Chenshiantai Drink’s Effection Of Endometrial Receptivity And Pregnancy Outcome In Recurrent Implantation Failure Patients

Objective Try to seek an effective and safe way to improve the rate of pregnancy success for RIF patients by investigating the effects of modified Chenshiantai Drink on RIF patients’ endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome.Methods 50 RIF patients who visited Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Zhejiang province in accordance with the inclusive criteria from Nov.2016 to Nov.2017 were involved in this study.We divided the 50 cases into Chinese treatment group and western med-icine group,25 cases each.Using B mode ultrasound to assess the RIF petients’endometrial receptivity before and after treatment,than compare the two groups.The two groups’ pregnancy outcome were also compared.The SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data of each group.P<0.05 was regarded as statistically significant.Results 1.Both of the two groups’endometrial thickness were increased before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 05.);The Chinese medicine treatment’s Pulsatility Index was significantly lower than the Western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of A type endometrium in the Chinese medicine group was significantly more than that of the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Positive rate of HCG in Chinese medicine group and in Western medicine group were 52.0%and 36.0%,there was not statistically significant(P>0.05);3.The biochemical pregnancy rate of the TCM group and western medicine group were 4.0%and 12.0%,there was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.The clinical pregnancy rate of the TCM group and western medicine group were 48.0%and 20.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.The ectopic pregnancy rate of the TCM group and western medicine group were 0.0%and 4.0%,there was not statistically significant(P>0.05);6.The abortion rate of the TCM group and western medicine group were 16.7%and 20.0%,there was not statistically significant(P>0.05)。Conclusion Chenshiantai Drink can improve the RIF patients’ endomentrial receptivity and pregnancy rate,reduce the abortion rate,providing pre implantation therapy ideas for RIF patients.
