Objective:To observe the effect of Intracavitary physiotherapy on the expression of endometrial HOXA-10 and Emx2 m RNA of kidney deficiency patients with recurrent implantation failure,and explore the mechanism of the Warming Nuangong in improving endometrial receptivity and embryo planter result.Methods:Clinical syndrome differentiation of Kidney-yang deficiency type selection with recurrent implantation failure, 66 cases of infertility patients, according to random number table method were divided into treatment group 33 cases(Intracavitary physiotherapy plus proprietary Chinese medicine group), control group 33 cases(traditional group).To observe, the syndrome points of Kidney-deficiency, endometrial thickness, Pulsatility index(PI), Resistive index(RI), the embryo planter result. After ovulation, draw little endometrial tissue, using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR) to detect endometrial HOXA-10 m RNA and Emx2 m RNA expression,comparing differences between the two groups and the content of hormones(E2 、 P),biochemical pregnancy rate 、clinical pregnancy rate and embryonic planting rate.Results:(1) The treatment group of intracavitary physiotherapy with kidney deficiency symptoms was significantly lower than the control group after reatment,(P <0.05);(2) Frozen embryo transfer during the week before and transfer cycle in the treatment group after intracavitary physiotherapy endometrial thickness was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3) Frozen embryo transfer during the week before and transfer cyclein the treatment group after intracavitary physiotherapy blood flow pulsatility index and resistance index was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4) Planting window period comparison of E2 levels in both groups was statistically significant in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).(5) Planting window p levels in both groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6) Frozen embryo transfer during the week before,the treatment group after intracavitary physiotherapy. Expression of endometrial HOXA-10 m RNA was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).(7)Frozen embryo transfer during the week before, the treatment group after intracavitary physiotherapy expression of endometrial Emx2 was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(8)Two groups of patients with biochemical pregnancy, the pregnancy rate, implantation rate and the difference was statistically significant) in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Intracavitary physiotherapy can improve the kidney deficiency clinical symptoms, probably increased endometrial thickness,reduced the endometrial blood flow of pulsatility index and resistance index,and may improve the expression level of endometrial HOXA-10 m RNA,and may reduced the expression level of endometrial Emx2 m RNA then improve endometrial receptivity and embryo planter result.
