Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Egfr-tki Related Rash By The Method Of Clearing Away Wind And Clearing Heat

Objective In this study,EGFR-TKI related rash was treated by the method of clearing away wind and clearing heat.The rash grading,TCM symptom score and quality of life of dermatosis patients were observed before and after treatment.At the same time,the safety evaluation of the drug was carried out to improve the quality of life of the patients and ensure the treatment of EGFR-TKI.Method A total of 41 patients received EGFR-TKI(gefitinib,erlotinib,icotinib)treatment,and TCM anemopyretic patients with non-small cell lung cancer.The TCM syndrome type of these patients is wind heat type.The patients were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was mainly used to oral prescription Xiaofeng powder and to cooperate with erythromycin ointment for external use.The control group was administered only with erythromycin ointment,and the combined infection was given to minocycline for oral administration.Two groups of patients were evaluated for 2 weeks,and the 28 day was a cycle.The rash of the patients was graded according to the MASCC grading system.The score of TCM syndrome was evaluated every two weeks,and the quality of life of the patients was evaluated according to the quality of life index of the dermatosis.After 1 cycles,the statistical data of SPSS17.0 were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of EGFR-TKI related rash by the method of clearing wind and clearing heat.Results there were significant differences in the rash classification between the Chinese medicine group before and after 28 days of treatment,and the curative effect was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 80.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.The effect of TCM syndrome in Chinese medicine group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the quality of life of the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the method of clearing wind and clearing heat can obviously improve the EGFR-TKI related rash with good safety and no obvious discomfort in the treatment of the patients.
