Clinical Observation Of Qingre Runzao Ointment In The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Targeted Drug-related Rash

Objective: Observed correlation heat dryness ointment has targeted drug rash clinical curative effect of observation heat dryness cream targeted drugs in patients with non-small cell lung cancer associated skin toxicity reaction in skin rash classification,functional status,the improvement of living quality,etc,provide preparation for further clinical and experimental research work.Methods: Will be included in the standard of 58 cases of non-small cell lung cancer targeted drugs after a rash of hospitalized patients randomized,treatment group 29cases(basic treatment plus external heat dryness paste),control group 29 cases(basic treatment + acetic acid triamcinolone acetonide cream for external use only),continuous administration for 14 days,compare the rash classification,functional status score(KPS)and the quality of life score(QOL),and other indicators,according to the statistical data analysis of curative effect,adverse reaction and evaluation.Results:(1)Comparison of rash grading: after treatment,the comparison of rash grading between the two groups was P=0.045(P<0.05).The difference of rash grading between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the rash.(2)Comparison of effective rate: 23 patients in the treatment group were effective(79.31%),while 17 patients in the control group were ineffective(58.62%).Comparison between the two groups was P=0.002(P<0.01),indicating a highly statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups.(3)Comparison of functional status scores: KPS scores in both groups increased after treatment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P=0.030 < 0.05).(4)Comparison of quality of life scores: QOL scores in the treatment group increased after treatment,and intra-group comparison was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05);QOL scores in the control group decreased after treatment.After treatment,the QOL scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P=0.044<0.05).(5)Comparison of adverse reactions: there was statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions of skin atrophy between the two groups(P=0.031<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions of pigmentation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Heat dryness cream in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer targeted drug rash curative effect is superior to the correlation of acetic acid triamcinolone acetonide cream group,and can obviously improve the patient's functional status,improve the quality of life of patients,treatment effect in the process of gradual,small side effects,lower incidence of adverse reaction of acetic acid triamcinolone acetonide cream group,is worth further clinical promotion and application.
