Compared with the traditional Amorphophallus konjac and Amorphophallus albus,Amorphophallus bulbifer has the advantages of wide adaptability, disease resistance, high reproduction coefficient and stable yield,so it is promoted quickly and extensively. However,no research on the application of p Amorphophallus bulbiferfertilizer with plant growth regulator ratios has been reported so far. Therefore,a quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design was used to optimize its application rate to achieve accurate fertilization, high yield and energy saving. In this experiment,23 groups of treatments with different ratios of nitrogen, potassium and polyconazole were set up to systematically measure the growth, quality and yield indexes of Amorphophallus bulbifer, establish the mathematical model of key indexes, apply the dimensionality reduction method to analyze the single-factor effect and two-factor interaction effect of the corresponding indexes, and finally use the frequency statistics method to simulate the search for superiority. The main results of the experiment are as follows:1.The experiment established a ternary quadratic regression equation between nitrogen, potassium, polyconazole and key indicators of growth, quality and yield of Amorphophallus bulbifer. The results showed that the data of Amorphophallus bulbifer growth(plant fitness),quality(glucomannan content)and yield(mu yield)under different combinations of nitrogen, potassium and polyconazole treatments showed a trend of high, medium and low grouping, specifically zero level test group(15 to 23 groups)> Second level test group(groups 1 to8)> asterisk test group(groups 9 to 14).2.Using regression model analysis, the effect of three factors on the growth of konjac is the size of: carbazole > potassium > nitrogen, carbazole and nitrogen on plant growth is a positive effect, potassium is a negative effect, and only carbazole on the growth of konjac showed a significant effect;comprehensive regression model of the seven konjac quality can be obtained, potassium has the greatest impact on the quality of konjac, for the key indicators(glucomannan content)reached a highly significant level of impact, followed by carbazole and reached a highly significant level. The effect of potassium on yield was highly significant, and the effect of all three factors on yield was positive.3.The two-factor interaction effect analysis was carried out by the downscaling method, and the interaction effect in konjac growth was: nitrogen polyconazole > nitrogen potassium >potassium polyconazole, and the analysis showed that in the case of insufficient or excessive application of three nutrients, nitrogen, potassium and polyconazole,or when one of the nutrients was applied, the growth and development of the plant was affected to some extent;the interaction effect of konjac quality was: nitrogen polyconazole >In terms of yield, the magnitude of the interaction effect was: potassium polyconazole > potassium nitrogen >potassium nitrogen polyconazole, where potassium and polyconazole had a positive effect on each other and a negative effect on the others.4.Combining the effects of different treatment combinations of nitrogen, potassium and polyconazole on the growth, quality and yield of Amorphophallus bulbifer, the best fertilization conditions for Amorphophallus bulbifer in this experimental area were: urea25.96-34.38 kg/667m2,potassium sulfate 34.11-52.48 kg/667m2 and polyconazole 99.78-108.82 mg/L,with 95% reliability.
