The main active ingredients for konjac Glucomannan are chitosan and main ingredient that konjac use the product in the deep processing. Konjac Glucomannan have been used in a wide range of applications, including Kennedy in pharmaceuticals, food industry, chemical processing and biological materials development area. The quality of the products and economic value is directly determined by the purity of the products. More and more studies show that fine powder has great development potential of the deep processing and good application prospect. And its main ingredients-Glucomannan has good application and development prospect in agriculture, chitosan green food, medical care, petroleum chemical industry, daily chemical, environmental protection, construction materials and biological separation areas. This study has analyzed and compared, utilizing biological chemical technology principle, biological separation principle, high performance liquid chromatography. and using scientific method of cultivation of Amorphophallus albus、Amorphophallus rivieri and Amorphophallus bulbifer as raw material. According to its physical characteristics of the biochemical characteristics and execution the analysis comparison, by the way of chitosan, the Glucomannan were separated and purified, which get the results in the processing production rate and the purity study. The main research results are as follows:Through the method of the purification of ethanol, and from three konjac Glucomannan in processing production rate and the result of purity:Amorphophallus albus production rate is61.2%, but the loss rate is38.8%; Amorphophallus rivieri production rate is52.8%, but the loss rate is47.2%; Amorphophallus bulbifer production rate is44.4%, but the loss rate is55.6%. And the loss in proportion is improved in turn. What’s more, Amorphophallus albus Glucomannan of purification of chitosan content is increased from37.45%to73.32%; Amorphophallus rivieri Glucomannan of purification of chitosan content is increased from44.16%to81.47%; Amorphophallus bulbifer Glucomannan of purification of chitosan content is increased from33.44%to57.17%. Among of them Amorphophallus albus and Amorphophallus rivieri of chitosan purity gump Portugal has the significant increase.Through the three different konjac Glucomannan placed at room temperature chitosan solution in place of a108h, we can observe the records that Amorphophallus albus Glucomannan in the stability of chitosan (smell, quality and thick, sedimentation rate and decreasing the bacteria time) is far superior to the flower bud of amorphophallus beads and Konjac Glucomannan. By the determination of high performance liquid chromatographic, we put the Amorphophallus albus, Amorphophallus rivieri and Amorphophallus bulbifer in acid and in hydrolysis. The simple sugars divided into monosaccharide glucose and dew components. Moreover, the simple sugars chitosan (M/G) in Glucomannan respectively were:1.60,1.88, and1.71. Its Amorphophallus albus, Amorphophallus rivieri, Amorphophallus bulbifer Glucomannan chitosan content were72.3%,96.5%,65.6%.Through the studies of rheological properties of amorphophallus chitosan gump Portugal nature of the characteristic, the results show that:the best combination is Glucomannan of Amorphophallus albus in the concentration of chitosan sol0.5%for35℃, the temperature, time for160min; the best combination is Glucomannan of Amorphophallus rivieri in the concentration of chitosan sol0.6%, for40℃temperature, time for65min; and the best combination is Glucomannan of Amorphophallus bulbifer in the concentration of chitosan sol0.5%, for40℃temperature, time for45min.
