Araceae Amorphophallus Bulbils are perennial herb plants, which can use bulbs and bulbils to breed of germplasm resources.This paper aims from the perspective of cytology and genomic level provide scientific basis for konjac plant classification, to enrich the content of konjac plant systematics study and Protect the diversity of konjac germplasm resources in China,and to provide theoretical basis for the plant breeding.This study used karyotype analysis and ISSR molecular marker technology to explore the konjac plant from the perspective of cytology and molecular biology:(1)thirty-two species of Amorphophallus bulbifers chromosome number and karyotype can be observed;(2)thirty-two species of Amorphophallus bulbifers genetic diversity and relationship can be achieved; The main conclusions are shown as follows:Through compared the thirty-two species of Amorphophallus bulbifers chromosomes pictures, such as the length of the chromosome analysis and data statistics,The results indicated that the chromosome number was2n=24、2n=26、2n=28、2n=39in these materials, and the karyotypes of Amorphophallus bulbifers consist of four kinds of chromosome:M,m,sm and st. Their karyotype types were2A、1B、2B and3B.Thirty-two species of Amorphophallus bulbifers AS.K changes form54.02%to68.12%,the average arm ratio changes form1.17to2.60,The ratio of the longest chromosome to the shortest changes form1.58to3.70,the average centromere index changes form33.23%to68.12%.By comparing AS.K and the average arm ratio,in which Amorphophallus bulbifer’2008LP18’was high,belonging to the evolution species. Amorphophallus bulbifer’2008LP16’was low,belonging to the original species.Scatter diagram of thirty-two species of Amorphophallus bulbifer based on the degree of karyotype asymmetry,in which Amorphophallus bulbifer’2009-005’, Amorphophallus bulbifer’2009-006’and Amorphophallus bulbifer’2009-008’, Amorphophallus bulbifer’2009-009’, Amorphophallus bulbifer’2012-005’and Amorphophallus bulbifer’;2012-018:’in average arm ratio and the chromosome length than two direction evolutionary trend,while Amorphophallus bulbifer’2008LP18’, Amorphophallus bulbifer’2012-019’ and Amorphophallus bulbifer’2012-028’on the length of the chromosome is faster than average arm ratio direction evolutionary trend.The amplification results of ISSR-PCR molecular markers on thirty-two species of Amorphophallus bulbifers were used by NTSYS-PC2.10bio-analysis software for genetic clustering.At the similarity coefficient0.904, thirty-two species of Amorphophallus bulbifers can be divided into four categories.Clustering results accord with cytology research results exactly.
