| The factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimension of 17 variables,and six common factors are extracted,which are cultivated land resource endowment factor,farmer household differentiation factor,farmer’s own factor,cultivated land area factor,farming population factor,farmer cognitive factor.Shanghai’s 14 th Five-Year Plan for Rural Revitalization: By 2025,it will take the lead in basically realizing agricultural and rural modernization and a new pattern of integrated urban and rural development.As the main body of farmland transfer,farmers’ farmland transfer will directly determines their farmland transfer behavior.Therefore,to promote the transfer of cultivated land should be based on the needs of farmers,perfect the welfare system after the transfer of cultivated land,and solve farmers’ problems smoothly in realizing the large-scale management of cultivated land,and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas.How to effectively promote farmland transfer under the premise of farmers’ willingness needs to analyze the factors influencing farmers’ willingness to farmland transfer.Based on the theories of semi-urbanization,economies of scale,rational economic man,behavioral economics and urban-rural integration,the author uses reliability analysis,validity analysis and principal component analysis.Combined with the binary logistic regression model,we analyzed the relationship between farmers’ willingness to transfer cultivated land and their age,gender,cultural background,health status,insurance type,understanding degree of land policy,type of occupation,pension satisfaction,total area of cultivated land,per capita area of cultivated land,number of people engaged in farming,per mu income of cultivated land,annual household income and non-agricultural income in total household income in Fengxian district,outer suburbs of Shanghai To test the correlation and significance among 17 independent variables,such as proportion,whether it is necessary to sign the contract for the transfer of cultivated land,channels for the transfer of cultivated land,and satisfaction degree of the price of the transfer of cultivated land,and analyze the willingness,behavior characteristics and influencing factors of farmers in developed areas in the process of the transfer of cultivated land,will be conducive to exploring the particularity of farmers’ willingness to transfer cultivated land in developed areas.The results show that:(1)86.2% of the farmers in the sample data are willing to transfer out of cultivated land,13.8% of the farmers are unwilling to transfer out of cultivated land,and the willingness of farmers to transfer out of cultivated land is high.(2)The factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimension of 17 variables,and six common factors are extracted,which are cultivated land resource endowment factor,farmer household differentiation factor,farmer’s own factor,cultivated land area factor,farming population factor,farmer cognitive factor.(3)Through the test of binary logistic regression model,the cultivated land resource endowment factor,cultivated land area factor and agricultural population factor,it had a negative and significant effect on farmers’ willingness to transfer out of cultivated land on the level of 0.01;and the factors of farmers’ differentiation,farmers’ own factors and farmers’ cognitive signs were 0.05 level had a negative and significant effect on farmers’ willingness to turn out cultivated land.In view of the research conclusions,It is proposed to cultivate new type of professional farmers and attract young talents to return home.;Strengthen the publicity of cultivated land policies and actively guide the circulation of cultivated land;Improve the structure of social security system in outer suburbs;Standardize the procedures for transferring cultivated land and strictly control the use of cultivated land. |
