Nyingchi City "Substitute Farmer" Research On Influencing Factors Of Land Circulation Satisfaction

With the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the transfer of rural cultivated land has also been carried out rapidly,and more farmers have gradually participated in the circulation of cultivated land.As the main component participants of cultivated land circulation,the satisfaction of both parties to the land transfer also affects the process of cultivated land transfer.Nyingchi City is located in southeast Tibet,due to its unique geographical location and climatic conditions,compared with other parts of Tibet,there are better planting conditions,and there are more farmers engaged in agricultural production activities.From the 80 s of the 20 th century to the present,many farmers in Chongqing,Henan,Sichuan and other provinces have leased the land of local Tibetan farmers in Lhasa,Shigatse,Shannan and Nyingchi in Tibet to grow vegetables.At present,they mainly provide vegetables in the Nyingchi market,but there are many difficulties in the livelihood of "substitute farmers" without household registration and homesteads,which also lead to their uneven enthusiasm in the process of land transfer.Therefore,improving the satisfaction of "substitute cultivators" with land circulation can better realize cultivated land circulation and better realize the rural revitalization strategy.In this paper,a total of 210 valid questionnaires were collected through field visits and questionnaire surveys,and a binary logistic regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of land turnover satisfaction.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are more men than women among the substitute farmers in Nyingchi City,and the aging of the population is very obvious,most people have only primary and junior high school education,mostly husband and wife work together.Most substitute cultivator households plant about 4-8 mu of arable land in 2-6 greenhouses,and the annual income is mostly between 40,000 and 80,000 yuan.In the process of land transfer,the vast majority of farmers obtain satisfactory lease information through the introduction of relatives and friends,and do not fully understand the land transfer policy,indicating that government supervision and intervention are required,and there is no local land circulation market and intermediary service organization.Most of the substitution farmers(76.19%)are satisfied with the current land transfer.(2)The main influencing factors affecting the satisfaction of land circulation of substitute cultivators in Nyingchi City are gender,the number of leased greenhouses,the degree of understanding of land circulation policies,whether government supervision and intervention are required,the satisfaction of obtaining lease information,the annual household income,and whether the land is leveled after leasing,the number of leased greenhouses is small,the annual income is high,there is little understanding of land transfer policies,and the ability to obtain satisfactory lease information and lease to high-quality cultivated land that does not require land leveling,Male farmers who do not require government regulation and intervention are more satisfied with land transfers.In order to improve the sustainability of vegetable production in the transfer of land by substitute farmers in Nyingchi City,improve farmers’ satisfaction with land transfer,five countermeasures were put forward:stabilizing and improving the rural land contracting relationship,standardizing and guiding the orderly circulation of land,supporting substitute farmers to expand the scale of operation,strengthening the control of land circulation use,and improving the land circulation price publicity system.
