Research On The Value Transformation Efficiency Of Forest Ecological Products And Its Influencing Factors

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards “establishing a mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products” as an important mission and task in the new journey of building a modern industrial system and ecological civilization construction.Promoting the transformation of the value of ecological products and optimizing the path of value transformation of ecological products has become a key part of realizing the construction of ecological civilization.As an important terrestrial natural ecosystem,the realization of the value of forest ecological products will have an important impact on the construction of ecological civilization.Scholars’ research on the value transformation efficiency of forest ecological products and its impact is still in its infancy,and Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,as a demonstration area for the realization of ecological product value,has sufficient practice on the value transformation efficiency of forest ecological products,which has reference significance for other regions.Based on ecological economic theory,sustainable development theory,efficiency theory and economic growth theory,this paper empirically analyzes the value transformation efficiency and influencing factors of forest ecological products in county units in Lishui City by using ultra-efficient SBM-Malmquist index model,fixed-effect model,random-effects model,Tobit model and spatiotemporal and geographical weighted regression model.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)the value conversion efficiency of forest ecological products in each county unit of Lishui City from 2011 to 2020 was measured,and the spatial evolution characteristics of the value conversion efficiency of forest ecological products were analyzed,and the value conversion efficiency of forest ecological products in each county unit of Lishui City gradually increased,but the temporal and spatial heterogeneity was obvious;(2)In general,the regional openness of Suichang County,Qingyuan County and Longquan City had a significant positive impact on the value transformation efficiency of forest ecological products,but the two had a negative correlation in other regions;The increase of per capita disposable income has a good role in promoting the value transformation efficiency of forest ecological products in most areas.The industrial structure of Jingning County and Longquan City has a significant positive impact on the value transformation efficiency of forest ecological products,while the industrial structure of other county units has a significant negative impact on the value transformation efficiency of forest ecological products.Moreover,the influencing factors have large characteristics of spatiotemporal heterogeneity.(3)The value transformation efficiency of forest ecological products is not only limited by regional natural resource endowments and investment in science and technology,talents and funds,but also depends on the scientific and reasonable allocation of production factors,and at the same time,it is necessary to improve the quantitative evaluation mechanism of forest ecological product value and forest ecological compensation mechanism.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,improve the allocation efficiency of value production factors of forest ecological products;Second,improve the quantitative monitoring and evaluation mechanism of the value of forest ecological products;Third,improve the value compensation mechanism for forest ecological products.
