Cultivated land is an important resource for human survival and development, and its utilization efficiency is very important for agricultural production, social and economic development and ecological environment protection. In recent years, with the rapid development of the agricultural economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, cultivated land resources are facing increasingly severe pressures and challenges, such as the waste of land resource, the decline of cultivated land quality, the backward mode of agricultural production and so on.These problems not only affects the sustainable development of agricultural production, but also has a negative impact on the ecological environment and social economy. Therefore, exploring how to improve the utilization efficiency of cultivated land and protect cultivated land resources has become a common concern of academic circles and government departments at home and abroad. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant data, this study evaluates the cultivated land use efficiency in Baoji City from 2009 to 2019 by using Super-SBM,and discusses the temporal and spatial variation law and influencing factors of cultivated land use efficiency,so as to provide reference for promoting the sustainable utilization and protection of cultivated land resources in Baoji City. The results show that:(1)During the study period, the overall utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Baoji showed an upward trend, increasing from 0.7234 to 0.9424,and the number of districts and counties with cultivated land use efficiency greater than 1 has increased from 4 to 9.The overall difference between districts and counties was decreasing, and the trend was basically stable.(2)There are obvious spatial differences in cultivated land use efficiency. The average value of cultivated land use efficiency from high to low is Qishan,Fufeng,Meixian,Jintai,Fengxiang,Qianyang,Chencang,Weibin,Linyou,Taibai,Fengxian and Longxian.Guanzhong Plain,as the area with the best economic development in Baoji City,is still at a high level of overall input and output, followed by Weibei Loess Plateau and Qinling Mountain, with the overall characteristics of high in the middle and slightly lower in the north and south sides.(3)Cultivated land use efficiency has a strong correlation in space.During the study period, there was a significant correlation in the space of cultivated land use efficiency in Baoji City, and the cultivated land use efficiency in adjacent districts and counties showed an agglomeration feature. The local spatial autocorrelation analysis of cultivated land use efficiency in Baoji City showed that "high-high" and "low-low" agglomeration areas were the two main types.(4)Per capita cultivated land area and multiple cropping index are the main factors affecting the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Baoji City. The factors affecting the utilization efficiency of cultivated land mainly include economic, natural and social factors. The regression analysis was carried out using GTWR model and the order was: per capita cultivated land area > multiple cropping index > total mechanical power per unit area >irrigation index > per capita output value of labor force.
