| As an important carrier of food production,cultivated land is fundamental to ensure food security,and a comprehensive and scientific understanding of the quality condition of cultivated land is the key to cultivated land management.As an important policy to solve the fine fragmentation of farmland,it is a useful practice to keep the quality of farmland stable and develop modern agriculture.Therefore,the evaluation of cultivated land quality in the area of agricultural land fine fragmentation is helpful to understand the effectiveness of agricultural land fine fragmentation,which is important to ensure national food security.In view of this,this paper firstly constructs a cropland quality evaluation system based on the five dimensions of spatial quality,soil quality,utilization quality,environmental quality and efficiency quality of cropland from the perspective of farmers,and secondly uses the PSM-DID model to analyze the differences of cropland quality of farmers in Yuyang District under different modes of fine-grained agricultural land remediation,and then uses the gray correlation degree and PSM-DID model to analyze the overall quality of cropland in Yuyang District.Then,we analyzed the influencing factors of the overall change of farmland quality in Yuyang District and the influence of the indicators of different farmland fractionalization improvement modes on the difference of farmland quality using gray correlation and PSM-DID model,and finally proposed countermeasures and suggestions for farmland fractionalization improvement in Yuyang District.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The theoretical framework of the impact of agricultural land fragmentation on the quality of farmland is revealed,and a "total-subtotal" evaluation system of farmland quality is constructed.According to the impact of agricultural land fragmentation on the key elements of cultivated land contiguity,soil characteristics,facility characteristics and ecological environment,the "spatial quality-soil quality-utilization quality-environmental quality-efficiency quality" is constructed from five dimensions."The framework of cultivated land quality evaluation idea combining "comprehensive quality and sub-dimensional quality" is constructed in five dimensions,and the corresponding cultivated land quality evaluation index system is established.(2)The quality index of farmland can be significantly improved by the fine fragmentation of farmland.The results show that the fine-grading of farmland can significantly improve the overall quality,spatial quality,utilization quality,environmental quality and efficiency quality of farmland by 11.971,3.324,11.052,1.922 and 0.085,respectively,while there is no significant improvement on soil quality.(3)The "One Village One Plot" model is better than the "One Household One Plot" model in improving the quality of farmers’ farmland.The results show that the "One Household One Plot" model can significantly improve the overall quality,spatial quality,utilization quality,environmental quality and efficiency quality of farmland by 10.840,2.959,10.418,1.789 and 0.077,respectively,but not significantly improve the soil quality;The "One Village One Plot" model can significantly improve the overall quality,spatial quality,soil quality,utilization quality,environmental quality and efficiency quality of cultivated land by 16.432,4.768,1.740,13.562,2.448 and 0.113.(4)Differences in cultivated land quality under the fine-grained agricultural land remediation are influenced by several factors.The results show that the effective irrigation area and replanting index have the most significant influence on the overall change of cultivated land quality in Yuyang District from 2016 to 2021;compared with the "One Household One Plot" model,the "One Village One Plot" model can also increase the cultivated land area and reduce the slope by The quality of cultivated land in Yuyang District can be improved by increasing the area of cultivated land,reducing slope,reducing fertilizer application,and increasing irrigation input;next,the quality of cultivated land in Yuyang District can be improved by continuously promoting the improvement of farmland fragmentation,strengthening the construction of farmland infrastructure,improving the level of agricultural mechanization,fostering new agricultural business entities,and encouraging the orderly transfer of cultivated land. |
