| In order to explore the effects of Clostridium butyricum on the growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and intestinal microbiota of 21 day old white feather broilers,120 healthy and consistent 21 day old white feather broilers were selected in this experiment.According to the principle of consistent weight, they were randomly divided into two treatments, with 6 replicate in each treatment and 10 chickens in each repetition. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group was added with2×10~8CFU/Kg Clostridium butyricum on the basis of basic diet. The experimental period was 21-42 days old,a total of 21 days.To investigate the effects of Clostridium butyricum on production performance, serum biochemistry, antioxidation, intestinal morphology, intestinal barrier and microbial diversity of white feather broilers. The results show that:1)Compared with the control group, the addition of Clostridium butyrate to the feed did not significantly affect the weight, average daily weight gain, average daily feed intake and material weight ratio of white-feathered broilers(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group, the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the feed had no significant effect on the spleen, bursa and other immune organs of white-feathered broilers(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group, the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the feed food significantly reduced the MDA activity(P<0.05),significantly increased the content of T-AOC、CATand GSH-PX,but had no significant effect on SOD(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group, the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the feed significantly increased the Ig A,Ig G and Ig M content in the serum of white-feathered broilers(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group, the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the feed had no significant effect on AST、ALT、ALP、GLU、TC、TG、TP、LDH、T-Bi L、UREA and ALB in the serum of white-feathered broilers(P>0.05)。6)Compared with the control group, the Clostridium butyricum group significantly increased the intestinal SOD activity(P<0.05),significantly increased GSH-PX activity(P<0.01)and significantly reduced the MDA content(P<0.05).The levels of LPS and DAO were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).7)Compared with the control group, the Clostridium butyricum group significantly reduced the jejunal crypt depth(CD)(P<0.01),and significantly improved the jejunal fluffy cryptometry(V/C)(P<0.01),but had no significant effect on jejunal villus height(VH)(P>0.05);Clostridium butyricum group significantly increased the VH and V/C of the ileum, and significantly reduced the ileal CD(P<0.05).8)Compared with the control group, the Clostridium butyricum group had no effect on the Shannon index,Simpson index, ace index and chao1 index of the bacterial community(P>0.05),but there was an improvement trend on chao1.In terms of Beta diversity, there were significant differences in the Clostridium butyricum group and the control group flora(P<0.05).At the"phylum"level, firmicutes,Bacteroidetes, and Tenericutes are the dominant flora.Compared with the control group, there was no significant effect on the phylum-level flora in the Clostridium butyricum group(P>0.05).At the"genus"level, the dominant bacteria are Alistipes,Romboutsia,Millionella,Romboutsia,uncultured_bacterium_f_Lachnospiraceae,Faecalibacterium.After statistical analysis,it was found that there was no significant difference in the genus-level flora in the Clostridium butyricum group compared with the control group(P>0.05).From the correlation analysis between the cecum microbiota and serum antioxidant in white-feathered broilers,it was found that after the addition of Clostridium butyricum and Bacteroides and Millionella spp.were positively correlated with malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),and there were significant differences with SOD(P<0.05)。Romboutsia is positively correlated with immunoglobulin A(Ig A),immunoglobulin G(Ig G),immunoglobulin M(Ig M),and catalase(CAT),and Christensenellaceae_R-7_group,Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005 are positively correlated with glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC).Romboutsia,Lactobacillus,and Millionella arepositively associated with lipopolysaccharides(LPS)and diamine oxidase(DAO).In summary, the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the diet did not have significant effect on the growth performance, immune organ index and blood aspartame aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase alkaline phosphatase, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, total protein, lactate dehydrogenase, total bilirubin, urea, albumin and other biochemical indicators after 21 days of age,and significantly improved the serum immunity index, antioxidant capacity, intestinal morphology structure and intestinal microbial diversity of broiler chickens. |
