Effects Of Silage Mulberry Leaves Instead Of Silage Corn Of PerformancećBiochemical Indexes And Rumen Fermentation Parameters Serum Of Dairy Goats | | Posted on:2022-10-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:S Q Guo | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2543307142467604 | Subject:Agriculture | | Abstract/Summary: | | | The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of mulberry leavessilage instead of cornsilage on production performance,serum biochemical indexes,rumen fermentation characteristics,nutrient digestibility,milk quality and economic benefits of dairy goats.to provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of mulberry leavessilage in dairy goats.In this experiment,30 Xinong Saanen dairy goats with similar parity,lambing date,milk yield and body weight were randomly divided into two groups: mulberry leave silage group(fed with silage mulberry leaf mixed diet)and cornsilage group(fed silage corn full mixed diet).Among them,the pre-feeding period was 10 days,and the positive feeding period was 42 days.The results showed that:(1)the milk yield of mulberry leafsilage group was significantly higher than that of cornsilage group(P > 0.05),and the dry matter intake of mulberry leafsilage group was significantly higher than that of silage corn group(P< 0.01).There was no significant difference in feed conversion rate between cornsilage group and mulberry leaf silage group(P > 0.05).(2)the percentage of milk protein in mulberry leaf silage group was significantly higher than that in cornsilage group(P< 0.01),and the content of non-cream solids in mulberry leaf silage group was significantly higher than that in corn group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in somatic cell number,lactose rate,milk fat rate and urea nitrogen content in milk between mulberry leafsilage group and com silage group(P > 0.05).(3)the total economic benefit of mulberry leafsilage group was 2396.4 yuan more than that of silage corn group.(4)the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in mulberry leaf silage group was significantly higher than that in corn silage group(P> 0.05),and the apparent digestibility of crude protein in mulberry leafsilage group was significantly higher than that in cornsilage group(P< 0.01).There was no significant difference in crude fat digestibility,dry matter and neutral detergent fiber between mulberry leaf silage group and com silage group(P > 0.05).(5)the concentration of isovaleric acid in rumen fluid of mulberry leafsilage group was significantly higher than that of cornsilage group(P> 0.05).The concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and total volatile fatty acids in rumen fluid of mulberry leafsilage group were significantly higher than those of cornsilage group(P < 0.01).The p H value of rumen fluid of mulberry leaf silage group was significantly lower than that of cornsilage group(P< 0.01).There was no significant difference in the concentration of ammonium nitrogen,isobutyric acid and valeric acid in rumen fluid between cornsilage group and mulberry leafsilage group(P > 0.05).(6)the content of serum urea nitrogen in mulberry leaf silage group was significantly lower than that in cornsilage group(P< 0.01),and the content of serum high density lipoprotein in mulberry leaf silage group was significantly higher than that in corn group(P< 0.01).There was no significant difference in the contents of serum total protein,albumin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,glucose,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase between cornsilage group and mulberry leafsilage group(P> 0.05).From the above results,it can be seen that mulberry leavessilage in the same proportion instead of corn silage can increase the daily dry matter intake and milk yield of dairy goats,regulate the transformation,utilization and absorption of fat and serum protein,and at the same time,it is beneficial to rumen fermentation.it increased the apparent digestibility of nutrients,improved the milk quality of dairy goats,and improved the economic benefit of the pasture. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | silage mulberry leaves, dairy goats, milk quality, nutrient apparent digestibilities, serum biochemical indexes, rumen fermentation | | Related items |
