| The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of diets with different energy levels on Sunite ewe’s daily gain, apparent nutrient digestibility, blood biochemistry and rumen fermentation indicators under different environmental temperatures.Scientific supplementary feeding provides a basis to improve the breeding efficiency of Sunite sheep. The experimental animals were 6 healthy Sunite ewes with similar ages and a weight of 40±2kg.The experiment was carried out for72 days, divided into 6 phases, each phase was 12 days, the pre-feeding period was 5days,and the trial period was 7 days.According to the test environment temperature of 25℃,5℃,-15℃,a total of 3 temperature gradients, the feed energy is standard energy,low-energy diet, digestion and metabolism test is carried out using the total fecal collection method,A1 represents the 25 ℃ standard energy group,A2 represents the 25℃ low energy group,B2 represents the 5℃ low energy group,B1 represents the 5℃ standard energy group,C1 represents the-15℃ standard energy group, and C2 represents the-15℃ low energy requirement group. The test results show that: under different temperatures and energy levels, the effect of energy on average daily weight gain is not significant(P>0.05),but the average daily weight gain tends to increase with the increase in dietary energy. The difference in the effect on average daily weight gain is extremely significant(P<0.01).When the temperature is-15°C,more energy will be consumed to increase the body’s heat production, resulting in a decrease in daily weight gain. The effects of feed energy and temperature on albumin were significantly different(P<0.05),and the effects of environmental temperature on thyroxine,Ig G,total amino acids, and insulin were significantly different(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in the effects of different temperatures and energy levels on the blood triglycerides and total cholesterol content of Sunite sheep.Blood glucose increases with the increase of energy level and increases with the decrease of temperature.Reducing the energy level of feed will promote the decomposition of total protein and albumin. The content of total protein and albumin will decrease at 25°C and-15°C.With protein decomposition, the concentration of total amino acids and urea nitrogen will increase. As the temperature decreases, the content of thyroid hormone increases, and the concentration of Ig G in the blood increases with the increase of ambient temperature.Different environmental temperatures and energy levels have no significant effects on the p H value of rumen juice, ammonium nitrogen, and bacterial protein(P>0.05).The interaction of different temperature, temperature and energy on the p H value, ammonia nitrogen and bacterial protein of the rumen fluid of Sunite sheep has no obvious regularity.Increasing the energy level will reduce the p H value of the rumen fluid.Through 16 Sr DNA sequencing,it can be seen from the Venn diagram and Alpha diversity analysis that with the decrease of environmental temperature and low energy level, the influence of rumen microbial diversity and richness has an increasing trend. |
