Ash jujube is the main variety of red jujube planted in Xinjiang,and as a traditional Chinese specialty tree,it has not only led to an increase in farmers’ income,but also to an improvement in the ecological environment of the growing region.Ring stripping plays a pivotal role in improving fruit set and increasing fruit yield.Tractylenol is safe,low residue and beneficial to fruit growth and development.In this experiment,three different treatments,namely ring stripping,tai-anti-gabapentan and ring stripping +tai-anti-gabapentan,were applied to date palm trees in the Jujube Garden of the Sixth Company of the Eleventh Regiment of Alar City,Xinjiang,to investigate the effects of ring stripping and tai-anti-gabapentan on the leaf and fruit traits and fruit set rate of date palm trees,and to provide information on the effects of ring stripping and tai-anti-gabapentan on flowering and fruit set rate.The main results of this experiment are as follows.The main findings of this experiment are as follows:1.Ring stripping improved leaf traits,fruit quality,and fruit set rate of jujube.The effect of ring stripping on the leaf characteristics of jujube was greater in the early stage,and the effect was obvious on the 3rd and 5th days after ring stripping.the leaf characteristics of jujube were better than those of CK on June 17,and the chlorophyll content was greater than those of other treatments;the total potassium content was greater than that of CK.the longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index,and kernel weight of jujube fruit were greater than those of CK in all treatments;the soluble sugar content and soluble solids content were the greatest in the ring stripping on June 14.The ring stripping had a significant effect on the fruit set of jujube,with the average fruit set rate of each treatment being 3950.00% higher than that of CK,the average number of fruits per plant being 85.00% higher than that of CK,the average number of fruits per second branch being 915.00% higher than that of CK,and the yield per unit area being 90.00% higher than that of CK.The best ring stripping was done on June 14.2.Tai Resist Glucosamine was effective in improving leaf quality,fruit set rate and fruit quality of grey jujube.On days 8 and 13 after spraying,the leaf length and width were significantly greater than those of CK,and the leaf area was significantly greater than those of the other treatments.The total chlorophyll content of each treatment was significantly greater than that of CK;on the third day after spraying,the total phosphorus content of 300 times of TAD 300 was significantly greater than that of CK;the total potassium content of 700 times of TAD 300 was significantly greater than that of CK.The longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index and kernel weight of TAD 300 were all greater than those of CK;the soluble solids content of TAD 300 was significantly greater than that of CK.The number of hanging fruit,the number of fruit set on secondary branches,the number of fruit set at different levels and the yield per unit area were all greater than those of CK.The average number of fruit set on secondary branches was 225.20% higher and the average fruit set rate was 1064.00% higher than that of CK in all treatments.A 300-fold solution of Tai Resist Chitosan was the best.3.Ring stripping + tai resistance gibberellins significantly improved leaf traits,fruit quality and fruit set rate of grey dates.The dry to fresh weight ratio of leaves was greater in all treatments than in CK;the effect on chlorophyll was greater in the early stage.On day 3 after ring stripping,the total nitrogen content of 300 times of ring stripping + taijin glucosamine was significantly greater than that of CK;on day 8 after ring stripping,the total phosphorus content of 300 times of ring stripping was significantly greater than that of CK;on day 13 after ring stripping,the total potassium content of all treatments was greater than that of CK.Ring stripping + taijin glucosamine improved the quality of jujube leaves.The treatments changed the quality of jujube fruit to different degrees.The average number of fruits per plant was 111.96% higher than that of CK,the average number of fruits on secondary branches was 791.54% higher than that of CK,the average fruit set rate was 3872.00% higher than that of CK,and the yield per unit area was 101.00% higher than that of CK in all treatments.Ring stripping + Tai resist gibberellic acid 300 times solution was the best.4.The ring stripping,tai anti-gibberellin and ring stripping + tai anti-gibberellin treatments all improve the leaf quality,fruit quality and fruit set rate of grey jujube,with ring stripping + tai anti-gibberellin treatment being the best,and can be applied as an effective technical measure to achieve abundant and stable yields of grey jujube.
