Jujube(Ziziphus Jujuba Mill)industry is an important economic industry of forestry and fruit industry in Xinjiang.Water is an important factor restricting the development of jujube industry.With the gradual shortage of water resources,improving the utilization efficiency of water resources is an urgent problem and trend for the development of the jujube industry in Xinjiang.In this study,a new type of super absorbent polymer,poly amino acid based super absorbent polymer,was used as the test material,and the grey jujube garden grafted for 10 years trees in 7 company,8 regiment of Alar city was used for the test site.The effects of different doses of super absorbent polymer on soil water content,fruit setting rate and fruit quality of grey jujube were compared and analyzed,as well as to provide a basis for the production of jujube and the popularization of super absorbent polymer.The results are as follows:1.The five treatments with different application dosages of poly amino acid based super absorbent polymer increased the soil water content in 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers,and the treatment of 10 kg /666.7m2(T3)and 15 kg / 666.7m2(T4)were significantly higher than the control group;Poly amino acid based super absorbent polymer had no significant effect on soil water content at 40-60 cm depth;In three periods,the change of soil water content in three soil layers showed a decreasing trend.Irrigation had a significant effect on soil water content.2.The soil bulk density of 0-20 cm,20-40 cm,and 40-60 cm in the five treatments with different application dosages of poly amino acid based super absorbent polymer were lower than that without super absorbent polymer,but the reduction were not significant.The five treatments of super absorbent polymer had significant differences in the contents of available nitrogen and organic matter,and there was no significant difference in available potassium and available phosphorus.3.The chlorophyll content of fruiting branches of jujube leaves showed a low,high,and low trend.At the same time point,there was no significant difference in the chlorophyll content of fruiting branches of jujube leaves of the control group and five treatment groups.The chlorophyll content of three treatment groups such as 1 kg / 666.7m2(T1),5 kg / 666.7m2(T2),and T3 were higher than the control group,and the chlorophyll content of two treatment groups such as T4 and 20 kg/ 666.7 m2(T5)were lower than the control group.In the same year,the chlorophyll content of fruiting branches of jujube leaves on jujube head branch jujube Guai showed a trend of high,low,and high trend.15 and 30 days after the first irrigation,the chlorophyll content of jujube hanging leaves on jujube head branch and jujube Guai was significantly different;15 days after the second irrigation,there was no significant difference in chlorophyll content among different application dosages.The chlorophyll content of fruiting branches of jujube leaves decreased gradually from the base to the top.The blade density(dry weight)and water content of jujube leaves with five treatments and the control group were significantly different;the blade density(dry weight)and leaf water content of T1 were higher than the control group.4.The application of super absorbent polymer of polyamino acid radical increased the number of jujube hanging fruit,the number of jujube hanging on the secondary branch,the number of inflorescence,flower and fruit,the effect of T3 was the best,the super absorbent polymer significantly increased the fruit setting rate of gray jujube and secondary branch,the fruit setting rate of T4 jujube was the best,and the fruit setting rate of secondary branch of T3 was the best.5.The application of super absorbent polymer of polyamino acid radical had obvious effect on the fruit quality of jujube.It was significant that the difference of fruit transverse diameter,increased the fruit shape index,decreased fruit weight and firmness in all treatment group.The content of soluble sugar and soluble solid of T4 was the highest,which was significantly higher than that the control group.The content of organic acid in control group was the highest,which was significantly higher than T1,T2,T3 and T4.Vitamin C in T5 was the largest,and there was no significant difference between T5 and control group.The water content of fruit treated with super absorbent polymer of polyamino acid radical was higher than the control group.
