At an altitude of 1700 meters below the mountains,hills,or plain is the main growth to date.The species belongs to China,Asia,Europe and America have cultivation at present.Gray jujube since the 1980 s after the introduction of xinjiang southern xinjiang,resistant to dry,barren resistance,insect resistance,wind resistance and salt-tolerant characteristics,and relatively extensive cultivation and management model of a single,high nutrient content,combined with xinjiang’s unique natural environment makes quality after planting,high yield,got a large area,social and economic benefit is remarkable.Jujube planting area in xinjiang in recent years about accounts for about half of whole xinjiang fruit planting area,but there is on plant production cut down the content of soluble sugar,Vc,protein,etc.This study through nearly five years if qiang region,xinzheng and aksu region gray jujube throughout the growing season in yemen monthly wind speed,temperature and humidity,tired tired tired monthly monthly precipitation,atmospheric pressure,tired tired years 16 climate factors such as sunlight,on the basis of using "long-distance comparison method combined with linear regression analysis model to explore the jujube fructose component content,total flavonoids content,acid content,Vc content,protein content of 17 indicators such as the influence of the gray jujube fruit quality.The conclusion is as follows:(1).the average monthly temperature on fruit VC content,tannin content,free amino acids and total flavonoids content promoted,the higher the temperature,the VC content of jujube fruit(tannin content,free amino acid content,total flavonoid content is high,especially in Xinzheng).Akesu,Ruoqiang,Xinzheng and three in 1-3months and 6-12 months,the monthly average temperature trend of Xinzheng >Ruoqiang > Akesu;4-5 three tired the monthly average temperature trend of Ruoqiang > Xinzheng > Akesu,while three jujube tannin content is the highest inRuoqiang.The annual monthly average daily difference in fruit soluble sugar content,VC content,free amino acids and total flavonoids content promoted.(2).annual average sunshine duration of jujube fruit tannin content,content of free amino acid and total flavonoids have stimulative effect.The average sunshine duration in the three years was much larger than that in Akesu and Ruoqiang,and there was little difference between Akesu and Ruoqiang.The content of tannin(free amino acids and total flavonoids)in Xinzheng was the highest in Ruoqiang.(3).the average relative humidity can promote acid and anthocyanin content of jujube fruit,inhibited VC,soluble sugar content,relative humidity is bigger,fruit acid content and higher anthocyanin,VC and soluble sugar content of less.Among them,the amount of soluble sugar,protein,tannin and total polyphenols in fruits was promoted by the minimum amount of rainfall.(4).Ruoqiang affected by climatic factors than the other two compared to the minimum,moderate temperature,rainfall,sunshine time length,relative humidity is small,but in the main fruit quality indexes(soluble sugar,protein,VC and so on)has obvious advantages than the other two.Therefore,Ruoqiang(compared with Akesu and Xinzheng)is the most suitable growing area for grey jujube.
