In order to develop underforest economy and improve the yield and quality of Cardiocrinum cathayanum bulbs. This study mainly used buckwheat leaf Lilium as research material, carried out a survey of wild habitat of Cardiocrinum cathayanum through the combination of field experiment and control experiment, and studied the plant height, biomass, bulb weight, seed 1000-grain weight and soil available nutrients of Cardiocrinum cathayanum planted under different stands and edible Lilium added with different stand litter treatment. The nutritional components of the bulbs were determined and analyzed. The results were as follows:(1)Wild Cardiocrinum cathayanum is a undergrowth distribution species characterized by clustering and light demand, and the dwarfism of accompanying plants does not hinder their lighting. The total biomass per plant of vegetative growth Cardiocrinum cathayanum in habitats with an altitude range of 840-1130 m and a canopy density of 58%-60% gradually increases with the elevation, and its number also presents a significant positive correlation with the altitude. The higher the altitude, the more the number of Cardiocrinum cathayanum. The total biomass per plant, bulb weight, and canopy density of nutritionally grown Cardiocrinum cathayanum were significantly negatively correlated with canopy density. In outdoor habitats with canopy density exceeding 85%,the light was weak, and the plants could not absorb sufficient sunlight during the early and late stages of growth. The plants were short, with thin stems, and were not suitable for growth of Cardiocrinum cathayanum.(2)The type of stand affected the growth of Cardiocrinum cathayanum. The plant height, biomass and thousand-grain weight of Cardiocrinum cathayanum propagated in the camellia oleifera forest were significantly higher than those in the coniferous forest and bamboo forest. The content of available nutrients in the soil of broad-leaved forest is significantly higher than that of camellia oleifera forest and coniferous forest. The plant height, crown width, biomass, and thousand-grain weight of the vegetative growth of Cardiocrinum cathayanum in broad-leaved forest are significantly higher than those of bamboo forest. After planting Cardiocrinum cathayanum, the content of available phosphorus and available potassium in the broad-leaved forest significantly increases, which is conducive to the accumulation of available nutrients in the soil. The internal environment of camellia oleifera forest and broad-leaved forest is better than that of coniferous forest and bamboo forest, and it is suitable for planting Cardiocrinum cathayanum.(3)The emergence time of four edible lily species treated with litter from broad-leaved forest, bamboo forest, camellia oleifera forest, and coniferous forest was significantly earlier than that of CK treatment.Cardiocrinum cathayanum emerged 13 days earlier than CK under T1(adding broadleaf forest litter)treatment, and their plant height was significantly higher in July than CK.The total biomass of single plant of Cardiocrinum cathayanum under T3 treatment was significantly higher than CK,and their bulb weight was higher than CK,but not significantly. The plant height(April July),total biomass per plant, and bulb weight of L.lancifolium treated with T1 were significantly higher than those of CK.(4)The total amino acid content of four edible lilies in 12 regions ranges from 2.73 to5.42mg/g,and the pharmacodynamic amino acid content accounts for 60.61% to 69.70%of the total amino acids, and the composition ratio of essential amino acids is relatively reasonable, which meets the needs of human absorption and utilization. The crude fiber, soluble sugar, crude starch, amino acid content, essential amino acids for human body such as threonine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, and lysine,as well as the effective amino acids such as aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, and lysine content of Cardiocrinum cathayanum planted under the camellia oleifera forest are significantly higher than those of other varieties of lilies, while the content of bamboo forest, broadleaf forest Cardiocrinum cathayanum grown under coniferous forests meet ideal protein standards. In summary,Cardiocrinum cathayanum are suitable for growth in the shade with a certain amount of sunlight.Covering with litter can promote the early emergence of Cardiocrinum cathayanum.camellia oleifera forests and broadleaf forests are not only suitable for the growth of Cardiocrinum cathayanum, but also have high nutritional components(excluding total flavonoid content)and amino acid content in oil tea forests; The content of total flavonoids in Cardiocrinum cathayanum in broad-leaved forests is high and meets the ideal protein standards, which is of great significance for the rational selection of Cardiocrinum cathayanum planting stands and promoting the economic development under the forests.
