Lily bulbs are formed by compression of underground stem nodes and abnormal leaves. They are the main harvesting organs of medicinal lilies.Affected by variety and regional conditions, the ornamental value, nutritional value and medicinal value of lilies are not the same. This study collected and introduced 10 medicinal edible lily varieties(species)from all over the country, and observed the adaptability, growth characteristics, product organ growth and nutritional value of each variety in open field cultivation in Chengbei District of Xining City and Ledu District of Haidong City in Qinghai Province,Screen out the medicinal edible lily varieties suitable for dry mountain cultivation in Xining area and Haidong city. The genetic differences among medicinal edible lily cultivars were analyzed by SSR-PCR molecular marker technology, and the molecular fingerprints and identification codes of the cultivars were constructed.,high-yield and high-quality production of edible lilies in the arid mountainous areas of Qinghai. The results of the study are as follows:(1)The overwintering experiment of bulb open-field autumn planting showed that the four Lanzhou lily series varieties of Lanzhou lily,"Bingqing","Yujie",and Zhongbai No.1 and the two varieties of Chongqing lily lily and Dahua lily lily are all available in Xining area.Normal overwintering and normal growth and development,Longya lily and Haiyuan lily(small leaf lilies produced in Haiyuan County,Ningxia)cannot overwinter normally in Xining area. The emergence rate of Lilium leichtlinii var.maximowiczii(Regel)Baker is the highest, reaching 92.54%.The emergence rate of the two varieties "Yujie" and "Bingqing" is lower, only about 50%.The emergence period, initial flowering period and final flowering period of Chongqing Lilac Lilac are the latest, and the longest growth period can reach 172 days;the growth periods of "Bingqing" and "Yujie" appear the earliest, and the shortest growth period is 140 days.Except for Longya Lily and Haiyuan Lily, all varieties are suitable for planting in Xining area.(2)Based on the comparison of bulb yields of Chongqing Lilac Lilac,Big Flower Lilac,Lanzhou Lily, and Zhongbai No.1 planted under the two ecological environment conditions in Chengbei District of Xining City and Putai Township of Ledu District, the bulb yields were compared in Putai Township. The bulb weight and yield per unit area of the Chongqing Lilium Lily and Zhongbai No.1 were significantly higher than those planted in Chengbei District of Xining City. The individual bulb weight and yield per unit area of the Lanzhou Lily and Big Flower Lilium Planted in the two locations were not Significant differences.Under the two ecological environments, after one year of planting, the bulb yield per unit area of Chongqing Lilac is the highest, which can reach 16283.33 ㎏/hm2,followed by Zhongbaiyi, which can reach 13061.63 ㎏/hm2,and the yield of Big Flower Lilac is558.81 ㎏/hm2,The bulb is small and compact, suitable for the application of the whole small bulb. The high-altitude cold environment is more suitable for the formation of the bulb yield of Tilapia and Zhongbai No.1,and can be planted in high-altitude arid mountainous areas, and the large-flowered Tilapia can be cultivated as a modified variety.(3)The analysis of the nutrient composition of different levels of scales of Lanzhou Lily,Zhongbai No.1,Big Flower Lily, and Chongqing Lily, found that the water content and starch content of the bulbs are in the inner scale> middle scale>outer scale, and reducing sugar,The content of soluble sugar and protein is outer layer>middle layer>inner layer. The bulb water content, reducing sugar and soluble sugar content of 6 varieties(species)of Lanzhou lily,"Bingqing","Yujie",Zhongbai No.1,Dahua Lidan, and Chongqing Lily Lily planted in Xining are all based on Lanzhou Lily The highest, respectively, are 37.77%,8.88mg/g,13.93mg/g,and the content of reducing sugar and soluble sugar in the big flower lily is the lowest,1.84mg/g and 3.19mg/g,respectively.The protein content is the highest in Chongqing lily,"Yu "Jie" is the lowest,6.94mg/g and 2.22mg/g respectively. The starch content of Dahua Juandan is the highest, which is 31.02%,and the "Bingqing" is the lowest, which is 5.6%.Under the two ecological conditions, the nutrient content of bulbs of all lily varieties grown in Ledu was higher than that of lily bulbs grown in Xining. Therefore, the nutrient content of lily bulbs grown in arid mountainous areas is higher than that of lily bulbs grown in Sichuan water.(4)Through 33 pairs of SSR-PCR amplification primers,12 pairs of primers with good polymorphism and clear bands were screened. The polymorphism information content was 0.178-0.362,with an average of 0.299.Using 12 pairs of primers to carry out SSR-PCR amplification and genetic difference analysis on 10 medicinal edible lily materials, the genetic distance between "Bingqing" and Lilium lily was the largest, which was 0.96,and the genetic distance from Lanzhou lily, was the smallest, which was 0.01.The cluster analysis results show that when the distance value is 0.66,10 materials can be grouped into 4 categories, the first category includes Bingqing,Yujie,Lanzhou Lily,Zhongbai No.1,Narcissus,Lanzhou Lily(Haixi),and the second category Including big flower tiger lilies and Chongqing tiger lily, the third category is big flower tiger lilies(without pearl buds),and the fourth category is big flower tiger lilies(with pearl buds).
