| Although China ’s fruit production continues to rank among the top in the world,China has entered an aging society.Domestic orchards also generally have problems such as low mechanization level and lagging industrial development.Many factors restrict the future development of the fruit industry.Orchard weeds are important factors affecting fruit yield and fruit tree growth.At present,chemical weeding and mechanical weeding are commonly used.The residues after chemical weeding are not easy to decompose and pollute the environment.Mechanical weeding not only maintains soil and water,but also improves soil fertility,which is beneficial to the longterm development of orchards.Therefore,mechanized weeding is the best way to weed orchards.Southern hilly orchards need to remove weeds on flat land and side slopes.At present,most of the mowers are limited to mowing on flat land,which is difficult to adapt to the special terrain of hilly terrace orchards.Aiming at this problem,a mower suitable for hilly orchards in the south was designed.The pomelo orchard planting base in Shangrao area was taken as the research object.Through field investigation and measurement,the scheme design of the whole machine was determined according to the width of orchard fruit tree planting plane and side slope.The stubble cutting effect of the cutting scheme is analyzed.The stubble height of the cutting scheme is 100 mm when mowing on the flat ground.The stubble height of the side slope mowing can be adjusted by adjusting the extension of the telescopic part and the distance between the walking device and the side slope edge.The stubble height meets the requirements of 50 ~ 100 mm.According to the requirement of cutting width,the design and calculation of cutting parameters are completed.According to the overall scheme of the whole machine,Solidworks software is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the walking device and the structural design of the cutting device.The three-dimensional model of the whole machine is obtained,and the power required by the power machine at all levels is determined.ANSYS Workbench software is used to carry out finite element analysis of key components,including static analysis of telescopic parts,static analysis of cantilever and swing arm,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of cutting tools,so as to verify the rationality of structural design.According to the designed obstacle avoidance cutting device,the motion simulation analysis of the obstacle avoidance cutting device is carried out by using ADAMS.The sensitivity of the collision force to the parameters of the spring is explored when the free wheel material is steel and rubber respectively.The spring parameters are designed and studied to determine the optimal solution of spring parameters under different materials.In order to determine the material of the free wheel and the corresponding spring parameters,the motion simulation of the optimization results of the spring parameters under the two materials is carried out to compare the speed change of the cutter center and the change of the collision force during the obstacle avoidance process.For the slope driving stability of the whole machine,analyze the longitudinal stability performance parameters and lateral stability performance parameters of the whole machine,and calculate the ultimate overturn angle and slip angle of the whole machine by measuring the relevant parameters of the center of mass position in Solidworks and combining with the road surface condition of the mountain. |
