Fruit is an important economic crop.The development of forestry and fruit industry plays an extremely important role in raising farmers' income and promoting rural economic development.Citrus,a fruit that is one of the tops three in China's consumption,is currently in the ascendant stage of development.Although citrus has a cultivation history of more than 4000 years in China,at present,China's citrus industry is still dominated by manpower production,and its mechanization has been at a low level.T The strong labor intensity in citrus production is that weeding in orchards,there are three common methods for weeding in orchards: Manual weeding,chemical weeding,mechanical weeding.Manual weeding takes time and effort.The development of urbanization has led to a serious loss of rural labor,which has led to an increase in the cost of manual weeding.Although chemical weeding has the advantage of being fast and efficient,infiltration of chemicals into the soil while weeding can also damage the roots of fruit trees.At present,the commonly used method for the management of orchard weeds is the grass-covering technology.The grass-covering technology has higher requirements on the uniformity of cutting and the height of cutting.Manual weeding and chemical weeding are difficult to meet the requirements.And there is currently no small lawn mower for citrus orchards.In response to this situation,this paper designs a small disc mower for the orchard.This paper designed a small disc mower suitable for orchard by researching and analyzing the lawn mower at home and abroad,investigating the environmental conditions of the orchard and combining the weeding requirements of the grass-covering technology.The main work and conclusions of the paper:1)According to the observation and comparison of the common weeds in the orchard,weeds are divided into two categories according to their types and characteristics: hard grass headed by Conyza canadensis and vine-shaped soft grass headed by Humulus scandens.This led to the design of the double cutting system.Program.For the cutting of hard grass,the bench test of the cutter was designed.The result is: the cutterhead diameter is 600 mm,the speed of the cutterhead is 900r/min,the blade is a rectangular toothed white steel blade,the number of blades is 4,and the knife is a upper support fixed knife.Market research and theoretical calculations were carried out for the cutting of soft grass.The result is: the cutterhead diameter is 300 mm,the speed of the cutterhead is 1500r/min,the blade is a 60-tooth disk blade which the thickness is 1.5 mm.2)The four major components of the orchard small mower: power and transmission systems,cutters,walking and support systems,and grass removal devices.According to the design requirements of the mower,the parameters of the various parts of the mower and the working principle of the mower are determined.3)The software is used to simulate the key components of the mower(cutting system,grassing device and main beam).Adams dynamics simulation analysis and ANSYS/wb modal analysis were performed on the cutting system.ANSYS/wb modal analysis was performed on the weeding device.The static analysis and modal analysis of ANSYS/wb were performed on the main beam.Through the simulation of the software,the working performance and working condition of the horizontal and vertical cutting system of the lawn mower are analyzed under different conditions.The rationality of the lawn mower in structural design has been verified.4)Based on the above research,a prototype of an orchard small mower was produced.The mower is tested in the orchard.According to the test results and problems,the relevant parameters of the mower are analyzed and optimized.After design and testing,the mower's cutting width is 600 mm and cutting height is 10 mm.The mower has four gear positions: fast cutting,slow cutting,running and neutral,which can meet the working requirements of the mower in various environments.The mower is designed with a double-cutting system that meets both horizontal and vertical cutting requirements and has good applicability and flexibility in the orchard.
